How to Create & Publish a Property Listing Page on Your POP.STORE 🏡

Ready to showcase your property like a pro? This guide walks you through building a fully loaded listing page, from hero images and AI concierge setup to open house events and property features, all in one place.

Your POP.STORE listing page is not just a regular property page. It's a smart, self-selling listing that works for you around the clock. The AI Concierge proactively engages every visitor, answers any question they have about the property or the neighborhood, qualifies prospects, and books showings and open house RSVPs directly into your calendar, all without you lifting a finger.

Step-by-step Guide

  1. Go to My Listings
From the left panel, tap My Listings. This is where all your property listing pages live. If you are just getting started, it will show "No listings found." Tap + Create New from the top right to start building your very first listing page.
  2. Get Familiar with the Top Bar
Once inside the listing page editor, the top bar gives you full control over how your page looks and when it goes live.
    • Page Name - On the top left you will see your listing page name.
    • Draft / Published - Right next to the name you will see your page status. It will show Draft until you publish it.
    • Page Settings - Tap here to choose the layout of your listing page. You can select from:
      One Column
      Two Column Left Focus
      Two Column Right Focus
      Two Column Equal
    • Whatever layout you select, that is exactly how your audience will see the page when they visit it. Pick the one that best showcases your property.
    • Light / Dark Toggle - Use this to switch between light mode and dark mode so you can preview how your page looks in both themes.
    • Mobile - Tap this to see how your listing page appears on a mobile screen. Since most buyers browse on their phones, always check this before publishing.
    • Preview - Tap Preview to see a full view of your page exactly as your audience will see it, before it goes live.
    • Publish - Once everything looks good, tap Publish and your listing page will go live instantly.

  3. Upload Your Property Hero Image
The hero image is the very first thing visitors see when they land on your listing page. Think of it as your listing's cover photo, the big, bold visual that sets the first impression. Tap the upload icon and add a high quality, well-lit image of your property. Recommended size is 1200 x 500px, you can crop and resize your image to fit perfectly. Make it count, choose an image that immediately communicates the best feature of your property, whether that is a stunning facade, a gorgeous living room, or a breathtaking view.

  4. Set Your Listing Name & Price
Below the hero image, you will see the listing name and price fields. Tap on the name field to enter your property name, for example "Canyon View Retreat." Below that, tap on the price field and enter your property price in USD. Both will be prominently displayed on your listing page so buyers immediately know what they are looking at.

  5. Enable the AI Concierge Assistant
This is one of the most powerful features of your listing page. Toggle on the AI Concierge Assistant and it will be live on your page, ready to proactively engage every visitor who lands on your listing.

Note: The AI Concierge Assistant is available exclusively on the Real Estate Pro plan. Upgrade your plan to unlock this feature.

When someone is browsing your listing and has a question, instead of leaving the page to find answers, they can simply chat with the AI Concierge. It doesn't just wait to be asked either, it proactively engages with visitors on its own, starting conversations and guiding them through the listing.

It can answer anything, from questions about the property itself to the neighborhood, nearby schools, local amenities, commute times, market trends, and more. Instead of you or the buyer spending time manually researching everything around the property, you have a super smart AI doing all of that heavy lifting for you, instantly and accurately, 24/7.

Set the Engagement Timer - From the dropdown, choose how many seconds you want the concierge to wait before it reaches out to a visitor. For example, if you set it to 10 seconds, after 10 seconds of someone being on your page, the concierge will proactively start a conversation. This helps capture attention before buyers scroll away.

Add Private Notes - This is your secret weapon for making the AI smarter. Tap on the private notes field and add any extra details about the property that you want the concierge to know. These notes are only visible to you, your visitors will never see them, but the AI will use them to give better and more accurate answers. For example, you could write something like: The roof was replaced in 2022. There is a hidden storage room behind the kitchen pantry. The pool is 6 feet deep with a built-in spa. HOA covers landscaping and trash. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to Whole Foods and top rated schools.
The more detail you add here, the smarter and more helpful the concierge will be when answering buyer questions.

  6. Attach a Lead Qualification Form
Scroll down and you will find the Attach Lead Qualification Form section. This is a very useful tool because it lets you qualify potential buyers directly on your listing page. Instead of collecting random inquiries, you can ask the right questions upfront and make sure only the most serious and qualified prospects book a showing with you.

Tap + Attach Form to attach an existing form. Select the form you want and tap Attach. If you have not created a form yet, tap + Create Form to build a new one from scratch. To learn how to set up your form, read: How to Create a Lead Qualification Form

  7. Add Your Property Address
In the property card section, you will see a location pin icon with the text "Add property address." Tap the pencil icon next to it, type in the full property address, and tap Save. This helps buyers instantly know where the property is located.

  8. Add Your Property Details
Right below the address, tap the pencil icon to open the Edit Property Details form. Here you can fill in:
Beds - Number of bedrooms (required before saving)
Baths - Number of bathrooms (required before saving)
SQFT - Total square footage of the property
Year Built - The year the property was originally built
Property Type - For example, Single Family Residence, Condo, Townhouse, etc.
Once you have filled everything in, tap Save. One handy thing to note: once you enter the SQFT, the price per square foot will be calculated and displayed automatically on your listing page.
Below the details card, you will find a large text field where you can write a full property description. Use this space to write a compelling narrative about your property. Talk about key features, the neighborhood, lifestyle, what makes this property unique, and why someone should buy it. You have up to 5000 characters to work with, so make it count.

  9. Book a Tour (Calendar Booking)
If you have already set up calendar booking on your POP.STORE, it will automatically appear here as a Book a Tour widget on your listing page. This means visitors can see your available dates and times and directly reserve a private in-person showing without you having to lift a finger.

We recommend setting up a dedicated calendar slot specifically for private tours for this listing. This way your showings stay organized and you avoid scheduling conflicts with your other appointments. Tap Edit Availability to update the days and times you are available for showings.

Tap the three-dot icon on the widget to access more options. From here you can hide the widget if you do not want it visible right now, remove it entirely, or tick/untick the subtitle. You can also tap the subtitle text to rename it to anything you prefer, for example changing "Reserve a private in-person showing" to something more personal. To set up your calendar booking, read: How to Set Up 1:1 Video Calls

  10. Add Open House Dates
The Open House Dates section lets you create and manage open house events directly on your listing page. Buyers can see all upcoming open house dates and RSVP to attend, making it easy for you to manage attendance without back and forth messages.
Tap the section name at the top if you want to rename it to something like "Upcoming Open Houses" or "Join Us for a Showing." Tap the subtitle (which by default says "Pick a date to RSVP") to edit it to whatever you want to communicate to your audience.

Tap + Add Event to create a new open house event. A new window will pop up where you will:

    • Add an Event Name, for example "Open House: Canyon View Retreat" or "Weekend Showing - Santa Monica"
    • Add an Event Description to tell attendees what to expect, highlight key amenities, or share anything exciting about the property
    • Select the Date of the open house
    • Set the Start Time and End Time
    • Choose a Location: select in-person and add the full address, or tap Google Meet to make it a virtual open house
    • Set an Invitee Limit so you can control how many people attend
Once done, tap Create Event and your event will be added to the listing page. You can add as many events as you need. Use the three-dot icon next to each event to hide it, reset the timing, add a new one, remove it, or tick/untick the subtitle visibility.

  11. Add Property Videos
In the Property Videos section, you can add video walkthroughs and tours to give buyers an immersive look at your property. Videos are a great way to build excitement and give people a real feel for the space before they even step foot inside.

Tap + Add Video Series to get started. You can select an existing video series from your POP.STORE or tap Create New to upload a fresh one.

If you want to rename this section, simply tap on the section title and type in whatever name you prefer, for example "Property Tour" or "Take a Virtual Walkthrough." Use the three-dot icon to hide the button, reset it, remove it, or toggle the subtitle and box frame visibility on or off. To learn how to create a series, read: How to Create a Video Series on POP.STORE

  12. Add a Resource Library
The Resource Library is a great way to give buyers extra value right on your listing page. You can attach helpful resources like a neighborhood guide, a buyer checklist, a school district overview, or any digital download you have created on your POP.STORE.
This gives buyers more context and information to help them make a confident decision.

For example, if you have created a "Santa Monica Neighborhood Guide" as a digital download on your POP.STORE, you can link it directly here so buyers can read it without leaving your listing page.

Tap + Add or Link Resources, select the digital download you want to add, and tap Save Changes. If you have not created one yet, tap + Create New to build one from scratch.

You can also rename this section by tapping the title. Use the three-dot icon to manage the resources, switch out the current selection, hide the button, reset it, remove it, or toggle the subtitle on and off. To learn how to create digital downloads, read: How to Add a Digital Download on Your POP.STORE

  13. Upload Gallery Images
In the Gallery section, you can upload multiple property photos to give buyers a full visual tour of your listing. The more great photos you add, the more confident buyers will feel about the property.

Tap + Add Image to start uploading. You can upload multiple images at once, so go ahead and add all your best shots, interior rooms, exterior views, outdoor spaces, and any unique features worth highlighting.

  14. Highlight Property Features
The Property Features section is where you can call out the specific standout features and amenities that make your property special. Think of these as the highlights that buyers will immediately notice and remember.

Tap + Add Feature and you will see a dropdown with feature categories to choose from, such as Pool/Water, Garage/Parking, Garden/Landscape, Security, Smart Home, Floor Plan, Luxury/Premium, Gated/Private, and more. After selecting a category, add a specific and descriptive feature title to give it more detail. For example:

    • If you select Pool/Water, your title could be "Heated infinity pool with spa" or "Indoor lap pool"
    • If you select Garage/Parking, your title could be "3-car attached garage"
    • If you select Smart Home, your title could be "Voice-controlled lighting & climate". You can add as many features as you need to fully represent your property.

  15. Contact Agent Widget
The Contact Agent widget is built into your listing page by default. Visitors who are interested can simply fill in their Name, Email, and Phone Number, then tap Connect with me. You will receive their information directly so you can follow up with serious buyers.

  16. Add More Widgets
At the bottom of the page, you will find + Add Widget Here. Tap this to add more sections and tools to your listing page. You can add widgets like Google Maps to show the exact property location, or HTML Content to embed any custom content you want.

Every widget on your page has a drag handle icon (the six-dot grid icon) that you can use to pick it up and move it to a different position on the page. Rearrange your widgets in whatever order makes the most sense for your listing and your audience.

  17. Publish Your Listing Page
Once everything is set up, your images are uploaded, your details are filled in, your concierge is configured, and your events are added, tap Publish from the top right. Your listing page will go live instantly.

  18. Add Your Listing to Your POP.STORE Profile
Publishing your listing page is one thing, but you also need to make it visible on your actual POP.STORE profile so your audience can find it. Here is how:

If you have one listing: From the left panel tap + Add to Store, then tap Add Listing Button. Select your listing page and tap Add Listing Button. It will now appear as a button on your POP.STORE profile.

If you have multiple listings: From the left panel tap + Add to Store, then tap Add Listing Group instead. Add a Group Heading (for example "Current Listings" or "Available Properties"). Tap + Add Listings, select all the listing pages you want to include in the group, and tap Add Listings. All your listing buttons will now be displayed together as a group on your POP.STORE profile, making it easy for buyers to browse all your available properties in one place.

Here is how your property listing will look on your POP.STORE.
