How to Set 1:1 Meetings with Your Followers πŸ—“οΈ

Want to offer coaching, mentorship, or private consultations? With Calendar Invite, you can let followers book a 1:1 session directly from your POP.STORE.

Step-by-step Guide

  1. From the left panel, tap the + Add to Store.
  2. Select Create Meeting Invite.

  3. You'll be prompted to connect your Google Account.
  4. Tap Connect Google Calendar, grant access, then tap Continue to open your meeting slot screen.

Note: You only need to do this once, future sessions won't require re-connection.
  5. Under Weekly hours, set your Start time and End time.
This defines the time window during which people can book meetings with you each day.

From the dropdown, you can also select Custom Schedule to set different timings for each day.

  6. Tick Allow bookings on weekends if you want to accept bookings on Saturdays and Sundays.
  7. Under Availability Rules, choose how far in advance people can book:
Select the number of calendar days into the future
Or choose Within a date range to set specific start and end dates
Or select Indefinitely into the future to keep bookings open continuously

  8. Set the minimum notice time (for example, 4 hours).
This means users must book at least that much time before the meeting start time, giving you enough preparation time.

  9. Enter your Meeting topic (for example, 1:1 Fitness Coaching Session, Business Strategy Call, or Personalized Skincare Consultation). If you're creating a meeting for the first time, start by adding the meeting topic name. If you've already created one, tap Add Meeting Type to create another.
  10. Select the duration of the meeting.
  11. Choose one:
Free Meeting if you want to offer it for free
Paid Meeting and enter your price

  12. (Optional) Add Pre-meeting questions to collect details from users before the session.
  13. Tap Save.
  14. Select Add New Meeting Type to create multiple meeting options for your audience. For example, you can create one meeting for 1:1 Fitness Sessions and another for Diet-Related Consultations. When your fans go to book a time, they'll see both options and can choose the one that fits their needs.
You can also customize each meeting type with:
Different durations (15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour)
    Different pricing tiers
Different session types (consultation, coaching, quick call)
  15. Once everything is set up, tap Save meeting type.

Your meeting slots will now be live on your POP.STORE, and users can start booking sessions with you πŸŽ‰
