Step-by-step Guide

Add a Meeting Slot
From the Home Screen, select Meeting Slots -
Connect Google Calendar
You’ll be prompted to connect your Google Account.
Tap Connect Google Calendar, grant access, then tap Continue to open your meeting slot screen.
Note: You only need to do this once, future sessions won’t require re-connection.

Set Up Your Session
Use the dropdown to select your preferred date and time
Select See Calendar to view your schedule and pick an available slot.
Pick the session duration - 30 mins, 1 hour, or 2 hours
Choose how often this session should appear:
One time
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Add a topic of discussion (optional but helpful)
Tick This invite is FREE for followers if you want to make the session free, or leave it unchecked to set a custom price in USD.
Upload meeting attachments like a slide deck or prep materials (ZIP/PDF, max 50MB)
Tap Create Meeting Slot to publish.
Your session will now appear right in your Pop.Store ready for your followers to book!
Want to Add More Time Slots?
From your Profile, find the calendar block, and select +Add Slot. This time, you’ll also see your existing slots listed at the top.
Repeat the steps above to add more availability.
