How to Set 1:1 Meetings with Your Followers πŸ—“οΈ

Want to offer coaching, mentorship, or private consultations? With Calendar Invite, you can let followers book a 1:1 session directly from your POP.STORE.

Step-by-step Guide

  1. From the left panel, tap My POP.STORE to make sure you are on the Home Screen.
  2. The, select Calendar.

  3. You'll be prompted to connect your Google Account.
  4. Tap Connect Google Calendar, grant access, then tap Continue to open your meeting slot screen.
  5. Note: You only need to do this once, future sessions won't require re-connection.
  6. Now, tap + Add Workday and select Configure Workday.
  7. Under Setup your availability, use the Schedule dropdown to choose how you want to set your availability:
    • Select Working Hours to set a single start time and end time that applies across all your working days.
    • Select Custom Schedule to set different start and end times for each day of the week. If there is a day you are not available, tap the X next to it to remove it - that day will not accept any bookings.

  8. Tick Allow bookings on weekends if you want to accept bookings on Saturdays and Sundays.
  9. Under Availability Rules, you can control two things: how far in advance people can book meetings with you, and how much notice you need before a meeting starts. The first dropdown sets how far into the future invitees can schedule. You can choose from three options:

    • Calendar days into the future - Enter a number (like 60) so bookings stay open for that many days from today.
    • Within a date range - Pick a specific start and end date so bookings are only allowed between those two dates.
    • Indefinitely into the future - Keep your calendar open with no cut-off date.
  10. The second dropdown sets the minimum notice period before a meeting can be booked. For example, if you set it to 4 hours, invitees will not be able to book any slot that starts within the next 4 hours - this gives you buffer time to prepare instead of getting a surprise booking right before it starts.

  11. Enter your Meeting topic (for example, 1:1 Fitness Coaching Session, Business Strategy Call, or Personalized Skincare Consultation). If you're creating a meeting for the first time, start by adding the meeting topic name. If you've already created one, tap Add Meeting Type to create another.
  12. Select the duration of the meeting.
  13. Choose one:
Free Meeting if you want to offer it for free
Paid Meeting and enter your price

  14. (Optional) Add Pre-meeting questions to collect details from users before the session.
  15. Tap Save.
  16. Select Add New Meeting Type to create multiple meeting options for your audience. For example, you can create one meeting for 1:1 Fitness Sessions and another for Diet-Related Consultations. When your fans go to book a time, they'll see both options and can choose the one that fits their needs.
You can also customize each meeting type with:
Different durations (15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour)
    Different pricing tiers
Different session types (consultation, coaching, quick call)
  17. Once everything is set up, tap Save meeting type.

Your meeting slots will now be live on your POP.STORE, and users can start booking sessions with you πŸŽ‰
