Your audience doesn't stop needing attention when you stop working. The AI ECHO-ME Agent Team runs in the background - replying to comments, ranking your top followers, catching brand deals in your DMs, and selling your offers - all in your voice, all on your schedule.
It includes these key agents: Social Engagement, Comment-to-DM, Auto Selling, Deal Monitoring, and Follower Ranking. Before any of them go live, you'll complete a quick one-time setup that teaches ECHO who you are, how you talk, and what you sell.
Step-by-Step Guide

Get Started - From the left panel, tap any agent inside the ECHO-ME AI Agent Team section. You'll see an intro screen where ECHO-ME introduces itself and walks you through what it can do for you - reply to fans in your voice, rank your most engaged followers, pitch your offers to the right people, and catch every brand and collab deal in your DMs. Tap Start the magic to begin setup.

Connect Your Social Accounts - The next screen asks you to connect your Meta accounts. Nothing goes live at this stage - ECHO won't post or reply to anything until you've finished training and explicitly turned it on. You'll see two options:
- Connect Instagram - Tapping this will show you a permissions screen. Instagram will ask you to flip on five toggles. Once you've turned them all on, tap Continue with Instagram to complete the connection.
- Connect Facebook - This connects all Meta accounts linked to your email in one go. You won't need to repeat the process for additional accounts.
Note: If you connect Instagram only, you'll need to repeat the process each time you want to add another Instagram account. Connecting via Facebook links everything at once automatically.Once your account is connected, you'll see your profile pulled in. Tap Continue to move forward.

ECHO Gets to Know You - Once your account is connected, ECHO-ME immediately starts scanning your posts, captions, images, DMs, sentiments, and content patterns to understand who you are and how you communicate. If you have an extensive social profile, this can take a few hours. You don't need to wait around - ECHO will text and email you the moment it's ready.
Once the scan is complete, ECHO presents what it learned about you across four sections. This is the most important part of the setup. The more accurate ECHO's understanding of you, the more it sounds like you across every reply, DM, and interaction.

The You I See - ECHO shares its read of your personality and how you come across online. If it's right, tap That's me! If it's off, tap Not quite, rewrite it in your own words, and tap Save. ECHO will learn from your correction.
- What Your Feed Told Me - ECHO describes the themes and visual patterns it noticed across your content. Confirm or correct it the same way.
- What You Can't Stop Coming Back To - ECHO surfaces the topics and ideas you keep returning to, shown as tags. Tap That's me! if accurate, or Not quite to refine.

Your Voice, In My Words - This is where ECHO shows you example replies it would send on your behalf across different scenarios - a fan asking about your process, someone hyping you up, or someone on the fence about following. If you tap Not quite, you'll see editable scenario cards where you can rewrite each reply exactly how you would actually say it. The more you correct here, the more ECHO sounds like you and not like a bot.
Once you've reviewed everything, tap Next, let's go! to move to the next stage.

You Create. ECHO Sells - This stage is where you set up what ECHO will sell on your behalf. If you've already been using the Auto Selling Agent, all your existing offers will appear here. You can toggle each one on or off to control what ECHO actively promotes.

Flip the Switches - The final setup screen lets you turn on the agents you want running right now. You can change any of this later.
- Auto Responses (Social Engagement Agent) - Choose between Manual mode, where ECHO drafts replies for your approval before anything goes live, or Auto mode, where ECHO replies on its own in your voice during your active hours. We recommend starting with Manual so you can review how ECHO responds in real situations before letting it run independently.
- Auto Selling - Toggle this on if you have offers set up and want ECHO to start pitching them to the right followers automatically.
- Deal Monitoring - Toggle this on to let ECHO catch brand and collab opportunities that come in through your DMs.

Follower Ranking - Already on by default. ECHO ranks your most engaged followers every day so you always know who your top audience is.
Once you're happy with your selections, tap Start the magic to complete setup.

You're Live - That's it. ECHO is now replying, ranking, and selling for you in the background. Tap Take me to my dashboard to see your full AI ECHO-ME Agent Team. From the dashboard, you can tap Enable on any agent you haven't turned on yet, or tap Manage Agent on any active agent to update its configuration at any time.
