Lead Forms help you qualify your audience before they access your content, so you're not just getting more clicks, you're getting the right people. Instead of giving everything away instantly, you can ask a few quick questions, filter serious users, and guide high-intent leads toward your products, downloads, or services. At the same time, when users fill out the form, you also capture their contact details giving you a direct way to stay in touch and send more personalized communication going forward.
Step-by-step Guide
- From the left panel, tap Home to make sure you are on Home Screen.
- Scroll down to the Make Money section and tap Lead Qualification Forms.
-
You'll land directly on the form creation screen where you can start building your form right away.
- Enter a Form Title (used to identify your form)
- Add a short Description explaining what the form is for
-
Tap + Add Form Questions. A pop-up will appear where you can add your question.
- Enter your question in the Question field. Then choose how you want users to answer it:
-
Multiple Choice - Users pick from a set of options you define. Tap + Add Option to add your choices. You can add up to 5 options.
For each question, you can mark one answer as a Qualifier. A qualifier is the answer that indicates a user is the right fit for your offer. When a user selects the qualifying answer, they are counted as a qualified lead. For example, if you're selling a paid fitness course, you might ask "What is your monthly budget for fitness?" and mark "$50+" as the qualifier. Anyone who selects that answer passes the qualification check. Anyone who doesn't, gets filtered out.
-
Text - Users type their own answer in a free-text field. This is useful when you want open-ended responses rather than fixed choices.
-
- Once you're done, tap Save Question.
- Repeat the process to add more questions
-
You can drag and reorder questions or turn on Show questions in sequence to display them one by one.
-
Scroll down to Minimum ideal answers. This setting controls how many qualifying answers a user needs to select to pass the form.
If you set it to 1, the user needs to choose at least one correct (qualifying) answer
If you set it to a higher number, they need to match more qualifying answers across the form.
If you set it to 0, anyone can pass the form regardless of their answers.
For instance, if you have 3 questions and 2 of them have qualifying answers, setting it to 2 means the user must get at least 2 of those "right" - Under What happens after they submit, select If they qualify → Let them proceed with action. This allows users who meet your criteria to continue and access your content (such as a product, download, or booking).
-
When you set Minimum Ideal Answers to more than 0, it means a user needs to select at least that many qualifying answers to pass the form. For example, if you set it to 1, they need to get at least one qualifying answer right. The higher the number, the more qualifying answers they need to match across your questions. If you set it to 0, anyone can pass regardless of their answers.
Below that, you'll see an If they don't qualify section. Expand it and select Show a polite message. Add a title and write the message you want users to see when they don't meet your criteria. You can also add a custom HTML block if you want more control over how the message looks.
- Once everything is set, tap Save Form.
- After saving, you need to attach the form to your content.
- Tap + Choose where to apply.
-
Select any content from your POP.STORE (digital product, button, calendar, course, etc.). You can select multiple items.
-
Tap Save. Now, whenever someone tries to access that content, they'll see your form first.
If they qualify → they proceed
If not → access is restricted
Manage and Edit Your Forms
- From the Home screen, scroll down to the Make Money section and tap Lead Forms.
-
Tap Manage Forms at the top to see all your forms.
- Find the form you want to manage and tap the three-dot icon next to it.
-
From here you can edit the form, change where it's applied, disable it temporarily, or delete it completely.
Your Leads Are Stored in Lead Center
Every time someone submits your form, their details get stored in the Lead Center. From the left panel, tap Lead Center to see everyone who has filled out your forms.
For each lead you'll see their name, email, phone number, the source they came from, and their form responses - including every question and answer they submitted. You can search leads by name, email, phone number, or form title. Use the Filter option to narrow down your list. When you're ready to take your leads elsewhere, tap Download CSV to export everything.
