Every interaction on POP.STORE is an opportunity to strengthen your relationship with your audience. When someone subscribes to your store, books a meeting, purchases a product, or registers for one of your live events, POP.STORE automatically sends them an email to keep them informed.
If you're signed up as a Real Estate Agent on POP.STORE, you can customize these emails to match your brand, personality, and communication style. Instead of sending generic messages, you can tailor each email to create a more personal experience for your subscribers, buyers, and leads.
What Emails Can You Customize?
POP.STORE allows you to customize several automated emails, including:
- Welcome Email - Sent when someone subscribes to your POP.STORE.
- Live Event / Live Show Email - Sent when you invite people to a live event.
- Meeting Confirmation Email - Sent when someone books a meeting with you.
- Purchase Confirmation Email - Sent when someone purchases a digital product, guide, course, booking, or other item from your POP.STORE.
Step-by-Step Guide
- From the Home screen, scroll down to the Quick Settings section.

Tap Customize Emails.
- You will be taken to the Customize Emails screen, where you'll see all available email templates. Each email card displays:
- The email type
- The current subject line
- A preview of the email content
- Find the email you want to customize and tap Edit. For example:

At the top of the editor, you'll see the Subject field. This is the email subject your audience sees in their inbox. Examples:
Welcome Email
- Welcome to my community! 🎉
- Glad you're here!
- Thanks for subscribing
Meeting Confirmation Email
- Your booking is confirmed ✅
- Looking forward to meeting you
Purchase Confirmation Email
- Your purchase is successful 🎉
- Here's your order confirmation
Keep your subject line clear, relevant, and aligned with your brand voice.

Below the subject line, you'll find the email editor. This is where you can customize the body of the email. You can:
- Add welcome messages
- Share important links
- Explain next steps
- Add event details
- Thank customers for purchases

Add formatting such as headings, bold text, lists, and spacing
The more helpful and personal your emails are, the better experience your audience will have.
Some email templates also include dynamic placeholders such as meeting links, live event links, booking details, purchase information, product access links, dates, and other automatically generated information. These appear as codes like{{meetingUrl}},{{showLink}},{{productName}}, or similar placeholders.Note: Do not remove or modify these placeholders unless you know exactly what they do. POP.STORE automatically replaces them with the correct information when the email is sent. Removing them may prevent recipients from receiving important details such as their meeting link, live event access link, purchase information, or product access instructions. - Once you've finished editing, tap Preview. This allows you to review the email before saving your changes.

When you're happy with the email, tap Save Changes. Your updated email template will immediately replace the previous version.
From that point forward, anyone who triggers that email action will receive your customized version automatically.
