How to Edit Your Comment-to-DM Flow on POP.STORE ✏️

Need to make changes to an existing Comment-to-DM flow? You can update most of your settings anytime without creating a new flow from scratch.

Before you start: Make sure you've already set up your AI ECHO-ME Agent Team and created at least one Comment-to-DM flow. If you haven't, read:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the left panel, tap Comment-to-DM Agent.

  2. On the dashboard, you'll see all your Comment-to-DM flows. Find the flow you want to update, tap the three-dot icon, and select Edit Flow.

What You Can Edit

  • Destination URL - Change the website or landing page your followers are directed to when they tap the button in their DM.
  • DM Message - Update the message followers receive in their DMs. ECHO will continue personalizing it for each follower after you save.
  • CTA Button Text - Change the text on the action button in the DM card - like Learn More, Shop Now, or any custom text that fits your offer.
  • Discount Amount - Update the discount amount associated with your offer at any time. The updated badge will appear on the DM card going forward.
  • Comment Responses - If you've enabled Let ECHO-ME respond to comments, ECHO will automatically generate personalized replies to matching comments. If you're using manual responses, you can edit your existing replies or add new variations for ECHO to rotate between.
  • Follow-up DM - Update or replace the optional follow-up message sent to followers who reply to your initial DM.

What You Cannot Edit

  • Where should it run - This setting is locked once the flow is created. If you need the flow to run on a different post or across all posts, you'll need to create a new flow.
  • Keywords - Keywords cannot be changed after the flow has been created. To use different keywords, create a new Comment-to-DM flow.

Once you've finished making your changes, tap Save Flow. Your updates will be applied immediately and the flow will continue running with the new settings.

Note: Editing a flow updates how it works going forward. Followers who have already received a DM from that flow won't receive the updated version unless they trigger the flow again.
