Before you start: Make sure you have already set up the AI ECHO-ME Agent Team and configured the Deal Monitoring Agent.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the left panel, tap Deal Monitoring Agent.

  3. This opens the Deal Monitoring settings, where you can update how ECHO-ME scans your DMs, negotiates with brands, and alerts you about new opportunities.

What You Can Edit

  1. Accounts I'm Watching - This section shows all the Instagram and Facebook accounts ECHO-ME is monitoring for brand deals and creator collaborations. From here, you can:
    • Connect additional Instagram or Facebook accounts.
    • Stop monitoring an account by tapping the X next to it.
    • Reconnect or add new accounts at any time.
ECHO-ME only scans DMs from the accounts listed here.

  2. Agent Controls - Use Agent Controls to manage how your Deal Monitoring Agent operates. From here, you can:
    • Pause Monitoring to temporarily stop ECHO-ME from scanning your DMs. Your settings are preserved, and you can resume monitoring at any time.
    • Disable Agent to permanently disable the Deal Monitoring Agent. Previously detected deals remain available even after the agent is disabled.

  3. Prices & Contact - This section lets you update the information ECHO-ME uses when negotiating with brands on your behalf. You can:
    • Update your pricing or upload a new media kit.
    • Change your contact details, including your email address, phone number, or booking link.
ECHO-ME can use this information during negotiations and share your preferred contact details with brands when appropriate.

  4. Negotiate As - Choose who ECHO-ME should sound like during negotiations. For example, you can have ECHO-ME negotiate:
    • As you.
    • Or as your manager.
This setting determines the tone and style ECHO-ME uses throughout the conversation.

  5. Brand Offer Rules - Use Brand Offer Rules to decide which brand opportunities ECHO-ME should detect. You can update the Brand Tiers you want to prioritize, including Global Brands, Large US/Regional Brands, and Local & Emerging Brands.
You can also choose which types of opportunities ECHO-ME should flag, such as Paid Brand Deals, Free Product Gifting, Deals Without an Amount, Affiliate & Commission Opportunities, and Event & Appearance Invitations. For paid brand deals, you can set a minimum offer amount so ECHO-ME only flags opportunities that meet your preferred value. If you ever want to restore the default recommendations, simply tap Reset.

  6. Creator Collab Rules - Use Creator Collab Rules to control which creator partnership opportunities ECHO-ME monitors.
You can update the creator sizes you're interested in, including Celebrity, Mega, Mid, and Small creators. You can also choose the types of collaborations ECHO-ME should detect, such as Paid Creator Collabs, Paid Collabs Without an Amount, Collab Posts / Content Swaps, and Free Product Trades. For paid creator collaborations, you can set a minimum deal amount so ECHO-ME only detects opportunities that match your preferred value. If you'd like to return to the recommended settings at any time, tap Reset.
