Creators often receive a high volume of DMs, and important opportunities - like brand deals or collaborations can easily get missed. The Deal Monitoring Agent solves this by automatically scanning your DMs and flagging relevant opportunities based on your preferences.
Before you start: If you haven't set up your ECHO-ME Agent Team yet, complete that first. Once done, you can start configuring Deal Monitoring Agent.

Step-by-Step Guide
There are two ways to find the Deal Monitoring Agent:

From the left panel, tap Home to make sure you are on the Home screen. From here, tap Deal Monitoring.
- Or from the left panel, tap AI ECHO-ME Agent Team
- From either of these options, you will be taken to the AI ECHO-ME Agent Team section. From there, in the Deal Monitoring section, tap Set Up Agent.

In the Deal Monitoring Agent section, tap Set Up Agent.

Connect Your Meta Accounts
You can choose one of the following:
Connect Instagram only
Connect both Instagram and Facebook
Tap the relevant button and complete the login and permissions.Note: If you choose Connect Instagram only, you'll need to repeat the process each time you want to add another Instagram account. However, if you connect both Facebook and Instagram, all Meta accounts linked to your email will be connected automatically, so you won't need to set it up again. -
If your Meta accounts are already connected, you will directly see the dashboard where you need to select the accounts (channels) you want the agent to monitor.

Set Monitoring Rules
Now comes the most important part defining what kind of opportunities you want to be alerted about. Under Monitoring Rules, choose when the agent should notify you. You'll see:
Quick Presets:
Recommended - Selects a balanced set of useful filters
High-value - Focuses on premium opportunities (e.g., large brands, high-value deals, top creators)
Everything - Tracks all types of opportunities -
Custom Selection:
You can manually select conditions like:
Brand offers (paid or unpaid)
Collaboration offers
Free product deals
Brand size (global, local, etc.)
Creator size (celebrity, mid-tier, etc.)
Set a minimum offer value if needed and customize based on what matters to you. -
Once you're happy with your selection, tap Continue.
Your Deal Monitoring Agent will now be activated.
It will continuously scan your DMs and notify you whenever a message matches your selected rules, so you never miss a valuable opportunity again.
What Happens Next?
It will automatically scan your incoming messages and flag anything that matches your selected rules - like brand deals, collaborations, or high-value offers.
When a relevant opportunity is flagged, ECHO-ME will draft a response for you based on the offer details. You can send it as-is or edit it to make it your own before replying.
You'll also be able to see insights such as how many DMs were scanned and how many relevant opportunities were found.
If you ever want to update your preferences, you can do that anytime. Just go to the dashboard, tap the settings icon, and select Re-configure Setup.
That's it - you're all set.
