If you've ever wondered why some followers get ranked higher than others, here's how it actually works. ECHO-ME doesn't just count likes or follower counts - it looks at real engagement behavior to figure out who your most valuable audience members are.
Before you start: Make sure your Social Engagement Agent and Auto Selling Agent are both active and enabled. The Social Engagement Agent collects the engagement data ECHO needs to rank your followers, and Auto Selling uses those rankings to pitch the right offers to the right people. How ECHO-ME Builds Your Ranking
-
What ECHO-ME Looks At - ECHO-ME analyzes every follower who interacts with your content and builds a picture of each person based on three things:
- Engagement Frequency - How often a follower comments on your content within a 30-day window. This is the primary signal ECHO uses to determine which ranking category a follower falls into.
- Personality Traits - How a follower writes and communicates in your comments. ECHO detects patterns in their language, tone, and behavior - things like whether they're consistently supportive, energetic, celebratory, or persistent - and assigns personality tags based on what it finds.
- Primary Intent - What a follower is most likely trying to accomplish when they engage with you. Are they complimenting your appearance? Requesting outfit details? Seeking interaction? Expressing admiration? ECHO identifies the underlying motivation behind each follower's engagement.
-
How Rankings Are Assigned - Based on comment frequency over the last 30 days, every follower gets placed into one of four categories:
- Follower - 1–2 comments per 30 days. Just starting to engage. Aware of your profile but interaction is still at an early stage.
- Admirer - 3–4 comments per 30 days. Showing consistent interest. Engaging more regularly and warming up to your content.
- Fan - 5–9 comments per 30 days. Highly active and invested. More likely to respond to offers, updates, and calls to action.
- Fanatic - 10+ comments per 30 days. Your most engaged followers and likeliest buyers. They show up consistently and are the most likely to convert or actively support your brand.
- How Rankings Update - Rankings aren't fixed. As your followers continue to engage - or stop engaging - their ranking updates automatically. A Follower who starts commenting more frequently will move up to Admirer or Fan over time. A Fanatic who goes quiet will move down. ECHO keeps the rankings current so you always have an accurate picture of your audience.
- How Rankings Are Used - Rankings don't just sit here as data. The Auto Selling Agent uses them directly - identifying your highest-intent followers from the ranked list and automatically pitching the right offer to the right person at the right moment. The higher a follower's ranking, the more likely they are to receive an offer from ECHO.
