How to Configure Auto Selling Agent 🤖💰

You have followers who genuinely interact with your content - they like your posts, watch your videos, reply to your stories, and engage with what you share. But most of them never get pitched anything because you simply cannot message everyone manually. The Auto Selling Agent takes care of that. You add an offer once and ECHO-ME finds the followers most likely to buy it, waits for the right moment when they are already engaging with you, and sends them a personalized pitch in your voice - automatically.

Before you start: If you haven't set up your AI ECHO-ME Agent Team yet, tapping any agent will prompt you to complete that first. Read this article to know the setup process: How to Set Up AI ECHO-ME Agent Team

How Auto Selling Agent Works

You create an offer once - a product, a guide, a booking link, anything you want to sell - and ECHO-ME takes it from there. Based on how your followers engage with your content, what they interact with, and their buying intent, ECHO-ME figures out who is most likely to want that specific offer and sends it to them at exactly the right moment.

Here is what it does on its own:

  • Who gets the pitch - ECHO-ME scores every follower on how likely they are to buy that specific item. Only your highest-intent buyers are ever approached.
  • When it reaches them - ECHO-ME does not send the pitch out of nowhere. It waits for the moment a follower is already engaging with you - liking your post, replying to a story, or leaving a comment - and slips the offer in then. It feels natural, not interruptive.
  • What they receive - Every follower gets a message written in your voice, pitching the one item they are most likely to want. Not a canned blast. A personalized pitch that feels like it came from you.

For ECHO-ME to know who your highest-intent buyers are, it needs your Social Engagement Agent and Follower Ranking Agent running first. The Social Engagement Agent engages with your audience, communicates in your tone, and keeps your followers active and interested. The Follower Ranking Agent then ranks your followers by buying intent based on how they interact with you. Once the social engagement agent is running, Auto Selling knows exactly who to pitch and when.

Auto Selling will not work unless your Social Engagement Agent is active in either Manual or Auto mode. If Social Engagement is off or paused, Auto Selling has no audience data to work from and cannot send any offers. If you are opening the Auto Selling Agent for the first time, you will be prompted to set up your AI ECHO-ME Agent Team first. Social Engagement Agent is configured as part of that setup process. How to Find the Auto Selling Agent

There are two ways to get there:

  1. From the left panel, tap Home to make sure you are on the Home screen and tap Auto Selling. Or from the left panel, tap Auto Selling Agent.

  2. Enable Auto Selling - Once you land on the dashboard, toggle on ECHO-ME Auto Selling Mode to activate the agent. When it is off, the banner will show "Auto-Selling is Deactivated" and no offers will be sent. Toggle it on and the agent is ready to start pitching. If you haven't created any offers yet, you'll be prompted to create one before Auto Selling can go live. ECHO-ME needs at least one active offer to start pitching to your followers. Tap Create Offer to add your first one and get started.

Create a New Offer

If you want to create a new offer, tap + Create Offer.

  1. Start by adding your Offer Name. Then choose where followers will land when they tap the button in their DM. You will see two options:
  2. Link/Video/Affiliate - Use this for anything outside of Pop.Store, including brand sites, RewardStyle, ShopMy, Amazon affiliate links, blog posts, Substack, YouTube videos, TikTok videos, or any other public URL.

Paste your link into the Destination URL field. ECHO-ME will automatically generate a DM preview on the right showing exactly how it will look when a follower receives it. If the preview image is not pulled in automatically, tap the image icon to upload your own.

  3. If this is a sponsored campaign or affiliate partnership, enable Paid Partnership or Affiliate Link and Pop.Store will automatically include the appropriate disclosures like #ad or #partner.

  4. POP.STORE Item - Use this to link directly to a product already on your Pop.Store. From the dropdown, select your product type - Digital Product, Affiliate Product, Video Series, Course, or Calendar Booking. Once you select it, tap Confirm Selection and ECHO will pull in the product image and details automatically.

  5. Offer Type - Select what kind of offer this is. You'll see the following options to choose from: Digital Download, Subscription, Newsletter, Brand Partnership, Affiliate Link, Exclusive Content, Physical Merch, or Others. Pick the one that best describes your offer.
  6. Who Should ECHO-ME Send This To? - Choose your target audience for this offer. Select All to send it to every qualified follower, Female to target female followers only, or Male to target male followers only.

  7. Write Your DM - Add your DM Message - this is what your followers will receive. ECHO will personalize this message for every follower before sending it so each DM feels individual. Below the message, you will see the CTA Button Text field. By default it says "Learn More" but you can change it to whatever fits your offer.

  8. CTA Button Text - This is the action button that appears on the DM card. By default it says "Learn More" but you can change it to whatever fits your offer - like "Shop Now", "Get Access", or anything else that makes sense for what you're sending.
  9. Show Price in the DM - Tick this if you want to display the price on the DM card. Enter the price in the field that appears. Once enabled, you can also tick Apply a Discount to add a discount that will show as a badge on the DM card your followers receive.

Once everything is filled in, tap Create Offer and your offer will be created.

Managing Your Offers for Auto Selling

From the Auto Selling dashboard, tap Manage Offers to see all the offers you've created. You'll land on the Auto-Selling Offers screen where you can pick or create offers for ECHO-ME to sell automatically. You can filter your offers by All, Auto-Sell Enabled Offers, or Inactive. Use the search bar to find a specific offer by name, or filter by type using the All Types dropdown. Tap + Create Offer to add a new one.

Each offer card shows the offer name, destination type, offer type tag, who it's set to be sent to, and the date it was created. If Auto-Sell is enabled on an offer, you'll see the Auto-Sell Enabled badge on the card. Tap on any offer card to expand it and configure two settings:

  • Who should ECHO-ME send this to? - Select All, Female, or Male depending on who this offer is intended for.
  • Set as Priority Offer - Toggle this on if you want this offer to go out before all your other active offers. If a follower qualifies for multiple offers, ECHO-ME will always lead with the priority one. Only one offer can be set as priority at a time - enabling it for a new offer automatically removes it from whichever one had it before.

Once you're happy with the settings, tap Save Settings.

To manage an existing offer, tap the three-dot icon on the offer card. You'll see four options:

  • Edit Offer - Update the offer details, destination, DM message, or settings
  • Disable Auto-Sell - Keeps the offer saved but stops ECHO-ME from automatically pitching it to followers. The offer stays in your library and can be re-enabled anytime.
  • Deactivate Offer - Deactivates the offer completely so it's no longer active across any agent - neither Auto Selling nor Comment-to-DM. The offer stays in your library but won't be used until you reactivate it.
  • Delete Offer - Permanently removes the offer from your library. This cannot be undone.

You can enable as many offers as you want and update the settings at any time.

How the Dashboard Works

Once your agent is active and offers are enabled, the dashboard gives you a live view of everything happening. At the top, you'll see two controls:

  • Auto-Selling - The master switch. When on, ECHO-ME sends your offers to high-intent followers in your voice.
  • Auto-Sell in DMs (Beta) - Turns inbound DMs into sales opportunities. When on, ECHO-ME replies to regular followers with a matching offer. Brand and creator deals still route to Deal Monitoring as usual.

Below the toggles, four cards summarize your agent's activity:

  • Offers Being Auto-Sold - How many offers are currently active and being sent automatically
  • Profiled Followers in the Target Pool - How many followers have been analyzed and ranked by buying intent. Tap Follower Ranking to see them
  • Offers Sent in the Last 30 Days - Total offers delivered in the past month
  • Clicks from Auto-Sent Offers - How many followers tapped the link in their DM

The Auto-Sell Offers Sent section at the bottom shows a full list of delivered offers. You can filter by All, Delivered, Clicked, or Purchased on Pop.Store to see exactly how each offer is performing.
