Step-by-step Guide

  1. There are two ways to find the Auto Selling Agent:
  2. From the left panel, tap Home to make sure you are on the Home screen. From here, tap Auto Selling.

  3. Or from the left panel, tap AI ECHO-ME Agent Team
  4. From either of these options, you will be taken to the AI ECHO-ME Agent Team section. From there, in the Auto Selling Agent section, tap Set Up Agent.

In the Auto Selling Agent section, tap Set Up Agent

  5. On the next screen, you'll see what the agent can do, tap Continue to move forward.

  6. Enable Auto Selling
You'll now land on the dashboard.
Toggle ECHO-ME Auto Selling Mode to turn it on
    Tap Continue to move forward
Once this is enabled, the agent is ready to start sending offers, but first, you need to create one.

  7. Create Your First Offer
    Tap Create Offer
Tap Choose product and select what you want to send:
Video Series, Affiliate Product, Digital Product, Course, Calendar Booking, etc.
If you want to redirect users outside your store, select External Link and add your URL. If the product image is not fetched automatically, upload it manually

  8. Once selected, tap Confirm selection
  9. Add Offer Details
    Add your Offer Title
For instance - "Get 50% Off My Fitness Plan," "Exclusive Access Just for You"

    Add your Offer Message
For instance - "Hey! I've shared something special with you - check it out 👇"
You can tap Write with ECHO to auto-generate the message

  10. Advanced Options
Tick Set as Priority Offer. This ensures this offer is sent before other eligible offers. Use this when you want to push a specific product or campaign first.

Target Gender. Choose who should receive this offer (Male, Female, or All).

  11. Offer Stage.
This decides who receives the offer based on how engaged they are:
New Followers - Just discovered you
These are people who have recently started following you and are still exploring your content.

Example: To these people, you can send offers like a starter guide, beginner product, or intro offer
Engaged Followers - Interact with your content regularly
These users like, comment, or reply to your posts often.

Example: To these people, you can send offers like a popular product, course, or something related to your content
Loyal Fans - Your most active supporters
These are your top followers who consistently interact and are more likely to buy.

Example: To these people, you can send offers like a premium product, exclusive content, or higher-value offer
All Followers - Send to everyone
This sends the offer to your entire audience.

Example: To these people, you can send offers like a sale, launch announcement, or general promotion
This helps you tailor offers based on audience intent instead of blasting the same message to everyone.

  12. Tap Create Offer. Your offer is now live.
  13. You can tap the three-dot icon to:
    Edit the offer
    Deactivate it
    Analyse performance

  14. Track Offer Performance
When you tap Analyse Offer, you'll see:
Total offers sent, Clicks, Conversions (claimed).
List of users who received it. You can also download this data as a CSV.
  15. Make sure ECHO-ME Auto Selling Mode is turned ON.
Without this, your offers won't be sent automatically.

How the Dashboard Works

  • Prospects Identified - Shows how many potential buyers the agent has found
Tap View Prospects to see them along with their activity

    You'll also see engagement tags:
    Fan - Low engagement
    Admirer - Moderate engagement
Fanatic - Highly engaged, most likely to convert
These tags are assigned automatically based on how users interact with you. If you don't want to send offers to someone (like friends or known contacts), tap Mark as Friend, they'll be excluded.

  • Offers Sent - Shows how many offers have been delivered. Tap View Details to see exactly who received them.

Once everything is set, your Auto Selling Agent will quietly work in the background, identifying the right people and sending the right offers at the right time.
