The AI ECHO-ME Agent Team is a set of four AI-powered agents that runs your business in the background, 24/7. While you're focused on creating, your Agentic Team is responding to comments, catching leads in your DMs, and closing sales, all in your voice, on your schedule.
It includes four key agents: Comment to DM, Social Engagement, Deal Monitoring, and Auto Selling, each designed to help you engage your audience, capture opportunities, and drive conversions without constant manual effort.
Before configuring any of these agents, you'll need to complete a quick setup. In just 5 minutes, you'll help ECHO learn your voice and tone so everything it does feels authentically you.

From the left panel, tap AI ECHO-ME Agent Team. You'll see how the AI ECHO-ME Agent can help you manage replies, turn comments into sales, and handle your DMs. Tap Continue to move forward.

Connect Your Meta Accounts
Before creating automation, you need to connect your Instagram and Facebook accounts.
You can choose one of the following:
Connect Instagram only
Connect both Instagram and Facebook
Tap the relevant button and complete the login and permissions.Note: If you choose Connect Instagram only, you'll need to repeat the process each time you want to add another Instagram account. However, if you connect both Facebook and Instagram, all Meta accounts linked to your email will be connected automatically, so you won't need to set it up again. - Once your accounts are connected, the next step is Personality Training. This is where you teach ECHO-ME how to reply in your voice, tone, and style.

First, complete the About You section. Share details about yourself, your audience, your language preferences, and how you present yourself online. The more information you provide, the better ECHO-ME can match your personality. Once finished, tap Continue.

Next, complete the Goals & Persona section. Select how you want ECHO-ME to interact with your followers, choose your conversational style, and define your primary goals. This helps ECHO-ME understand how to engage with your audience and what outcomes to focus on. Once everything is filled out, tap Continue.

Then, complete the Your Voice section. Add details about how you talk to your followers, your emoji usage, humor style, reply length, signature phrases, and real examples of messages or comments you have sent. This helps ECHO-ME sound more natural and authentic to your audience. After completing all sections, tap Activate My Personalized Voice to finish setting up your ECHO-ME personality training.

Your setup is now complete. You'll now see all available agents inside the AI ECHO-ME Agent Team, and you can start configuring features like Comment Automation, Social Engagement, Deal Monitoring, and Auto Selling.
To manage any agent, go to the left panel and tap AI ECHO-ME Agent Team. From there, select the agent you want to use and tap Set Up or Manage Agent to configure its features and settings.
