The Comment-to-DM Agent works in two modes - Legacy Mode and AI Mode. Both send DMs to followers who comment on your posts, but they work very differently.
Legacy Mode is the original way Comment-to-DM worked. You had to set up a flow for every post - pick the specific post, write the message, choose a keyword, and configure the automation from scratch each time. It works well but takes time, especially if you post often.
AI Mode removes all of that. You create your offer once, and every time you publish a new post with the offer name in the caption, ECHO-ME automatically detects it and starts the Comment-to-DM flow for that post. No manual keyword setup. No writing individual messages. No configuring flows post by post.
AI Mode also uses AI intent matching. Even if a follower doesn't type the exact keyword, ECHO can detect buying intent in comments like "I want this" or "Send me the link" and still send them the offer automatically.
Both modes work side by side. If you were using Legacy Mode before, your old flows are still running and you can switch between the two anytime.
