If you have been using Comment-to-DM automation, you already know how powerful it is. But setting it up manually - writing the message, adding the keywords, configuring it post by post, takes time and effort every single time you post.
The new AI-powered Comment-to-DM Agent removes all of that friction. Instead of setting up flows manually for each post, you create your offer once - your link, your message, your image, and ECHO-ME does the rest. Every time you post, it reads your caption, detects your offer, and automatically replies to comments and sends personalized DMs to every interested follower instantly. No manual keyword setup. No writing individual messages. No configuring flows post by post. Set it up once. Post as you normally would. ECHO-ME handles everything from there.

How to Find the Comment-to-DM Agent
There are two ways to get there:

From the left panel, tap AI ECHO-ME Agent Team, then under the Comment-to-DM Agent section, tap Set Up Agent.

Or from the Home screen, tap Comment-to-DM Agent and it will take you there directly.
Getting Started
Once you land on the Comment-to-DM Agent screen, there are two ways to get started and both will activate the Comment-to-DM Agent:
- Create an Offer first - build your offer directly and set it live
- Use Learn and Launch - a guided setup that walks you through creating your first offer and gets you ready to post immediately
Both paths lead to the same place. Choose whichever feels right for you.
Option 1: Learn and Launch
Tap the Learn and Launch tab at the top of the Comment-to-DM Agent screen. This guided flow walks you through setting up your first offer step by step.

Paste your Destination Link - Paste the URL you want followers to land on when they comment. This could be your POP.STORE page, a specific product page, a guide or resource you have hosted somewhere, your website, or any external link like an Amazon affiliate URL.

Add an Item or Offer Name - Give your offer a short, catchy name (e.g. "Summer Workout Guide" or "Free Property Valuation"). This is important - whatever name you type here is what you will mention in your post caption to trigger the automatic reply and DM.
- Upload a DM Image (optional) - Add a product photo or promo image that will appear inside the DM card your followers receive. Supported formats are JPG and PNG (max 5MB). You can crop, zoom, and rotate the image before applying.

Add your DM Text - Write a short message to go along with the DM (e.g. "Here's the guide you asked for!"). ECHO-ME personalizes this for every follower before sending, so each DM feels individual rather than mass-sent.

Tap Save - If you haven't connected your Instagram or Facebook account yet, you will be prompted to do so right after saving. This only needs to be done once.

Copy your caption and go live - After connecting, you will land on a confirmation screen. Here you will see:
- A live preview of exactly how your DM card will look when a follower receives it - including your image, message, and the Get it Now button.
- A suggested caption for your reel, written by ECHO-ME after scanning your product. It already includes your offer name and a keyword trigger so it is ready to use.
- Keyword suggestions based on your product, along with preset options to choose from. You can also type in any keyword of your own and tap Add to include it. The keyword you select will appear in the suggested caption automatically.
- A Copy Caption and Go to Instagram button that copies your caption and opens Instagram so you can paste it directly into your post.

Once your reel is posted with the caption, ECHO-ME starts working immediately.
Option 2: Create an Offer Directly
To jump straight into building an offer, tap the Offers tab at the top and then tap + New Offer/DM Link.
Quick note before you start: an "offer" here does not only have to mean something you are selling. It is simply what you want to send your followers when they comment - this could be a product, a free guide, a recipe, a link to your website, a discount, a booking link, or anything else you want to share. If you have a destination and a message, you can create an offer for it.
You will be taken to the Create Offer screen. Here is what to fill in:

Offer Link - Choose between:

POP.STORE item - to link to a product already in your POP.STORE. Once you select this, tap + Choose Product and a panel will appear where you can select your product type. This includes Affiliate Product, Digital Product, Video Series, Course, or Calendar Booking. Once you have selected your product, tap Confirm Selection and it will be linked to your offer.
- External link - paste any outside URL such as an affiliate link, a landing page, your website, or a resource hosted elsewhere.

Offer Title - Add a title for your offer (e.g. "Home Buying Guide" or "Free Listing Consultation"). Mention this exact title in your post caption and ECHO-ME will detect it, auto-link the offer, and trigger the DM flow for every follower who comments.
- Offer Message - Write the message your followers will receive in their DM. Keep it conversational and direct (e.g. "Hey! I've got something special for you"). ECHO-ME personalizes this message for each follower before sending it.

Original Price (USD) - If you have linked your digital download, the original price will be pulled in automatically from your product. Tick "This is a FREE offer" to make it free.
- Apply a Discount (optional) - Check this box to apply a discount to your offer. The discount will appear as a badge on the DM card that followers receive.
- Offer Target Gender - Select All, Female, or Male depending on who your offer is intended for. This ensures the DM is only sent to the right audience.

Set as Priority Offer - Toggle this on if you want this offer to be sent before other eligible offers when a follower's comment matches more than one of your active offers. For example, if you have two active offers - "Home Buying Guide" and "Free Property Valuation," and a follower's comment matches both, ECHO-ME will send whichever one you marked as Priority first.

Cover Image - On the right side of the screen, you will see a live Instagram DM preview showing exactly how your offer will look when a follower receives it. Once you select your product, the cover image is automatically fetched from your product and appears on the DM card. Tap Change if you want to replace it with a different image, tap Edit to crop it or make any adjustments, or tap the delete icon to remove the image entirely.
Once everything is filled in, tap Create Offer. And you are done. Your offer is now active. Simply mention the Offer Title anywhere in your post caption and ECHO-ME will pick it up automatically. It also picks up any keyword you reference (e.g. "Comment GUIDE") and sends this DM in response to every follower who engages.
Managing your Offers
All your created offers live in the Offers tab. Tap the three-dot menu on any offer card to Edit it or Deactivate it (this pauses the offer without deleting it). When editing, tap Save Changes once done.
Tracking Performance
Head to the Connected Posts tab to see every post where ECHO-ME detected one of your offers in the caption and is actively running the Comment-to-DM flow. For each post you will see:
- Comments received
- DMs sent
- DMs clicked (how many followers tapped your link)
You can filter by Instagram or Facebook and switch between connected accounts from the dropdown at the top right.
How to Access Your Old Comment-to-DM Flows?
Your previous flows are completely safe. Tap the Legacy button at the top right of the screen to go back to your older Comment-to-DM Flow dashboard - all your past post-specific, story-specific, and keyword-specific flows are still there and still running.
To return to the new AI Mode at any time, tap Switch to AI Mode from the Legacy screen.
What Happens Once You Are Live?
Once your offer is set up and your caption is posted:
- ECHO-ME reads every comment on your post
- It automatically replies to comments and sends a personalized DM with your image, message, and link to every interested follower
- AI Intent Matching ensures that even followers who do not use your exact keyword but show interest still get pulled into the DM flow automatically
- You track every comment, DM sent, and link click from your Connected Posts dashboard
The result: every post works harder, every comment gets a reply, and every interested follower gets followed up with automatically.
