If you’re facing errors, getting blocked, or unable to connect your Instagram or Facebook account, try completing the setup using Incognito mode. This helps avoid issues caused by cached sessions or login conflicts.
Step-by-Step Fix
- From the left panel, tap My POP.STORE

Tap Preview on your profile

Copy your profile URL from the top
- Open your browser (Chrome)
- Tap the three-dot icon (top right)
- Select New Incognito Window
- Paste your copied URL and open it
- Log in again and complete the Meta connection process.

Once done, you can close the Incognito window and go back to your regular browser. Log in to your POP.STORE account, and your Meta accounts should now be connected.
