Want to collect your audience's details before they access your content or offers? A Simple Lead Capture Form helps you gather key information like name, email, and phone number, so you can follow up and grow your audience effectively.
Step-by-Step Guide
- From the left panel, tap Home to make sure you're on the Home Screen.

Scroll down to the Make Money section and tap Simple Lead Capture.
- A default Title and Subtitle will be added. You can edit both to match your style or purpose.

Under Select form fields to show, choose the details you want users to fill in (like name, email, phone number).
- At the top, tick Show it on my POP.STORE to display the form on your profile. Go to your profile and drag and drop it anywhere you want

Once everything looks good, tap Save Changes.
How It Works

If Show it on my POP.STORE is enabled, the form will appear directly on your profile for visitors to fill out. Go to your profile and drag and drop it wherever you want to start capturing leads.
- If you don't enable it, the form won't be visible on your profile. However, whenever someone clicks on a link button on your profile, they'll be required to fill out this form first. Once they submit their details, they'll get access to the content or link
