How to Update Text and Images in Your PDF Using AI PDF Creator

Want to refine your PDF after it's generated? You can easily edit both text and images page by page inside AI PDF Creator.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. You can access AI PDF Creator from the left panel, or find it directly on the Home screen and tap it from there.

    

2. You'll see all the PDFs you've created
3. Click the three-dot icon (⋮) next to the PDF you want to edit

4. Tap Edit PDF. This will open your PDF editor.

    

Edit Text ✏️

1. From the thumbnail strip at the bottom, select the page you want to edit.

2. On the right-side panel, go to the Text tab.

    

3. You'll see the full content for that page. Update the text however you want.
4. Once done, tap Update to apply your changes.

Remove Specific Texts

1. If you want to remove only certain words or sentences:

2. Tap Remove Text

    

3. Drag across the text you want to delete

4. A Remove Selected button will appear. Tap on it to remove the texts

    

5. You can select multiple lines at once
6. Once everything looks right, tap Update

Edit Images 🖼️

1. Select the page you want to update from the thumbnail strip at the bottom.
2. Go to the Image tab on the right-side panel.

3. You'll see example prompts organized into categories to help you get started:

    

   • Persona / Face - Use your persona to regenerate or replace people in the image.
     Example: Use my persona to regenerate this woman image in a black outfit
     Use my face on this character while keeping the same pose
   • Background - Change or replace the background of the page.
     Example: Replace the background with a luxury office. Set provided image as the page background.
   • Logo Fix - Clean up or improve your logo placement.
     Example: Fix my logo. Sharpen my logo and remove its background
     Tap any example prompt to copy it and use it as a starting point. You can then add more details in the Describe Changes field.
4. You can also tap AI Suggestion or Regenerate Suggestion to generate prompts automatically.
5. Upload a reference image under Add Reference Image to guide the AI visually.

Once everything looks good, tap Update to apply your image changes.

That's It 🎉 Your changes will be applied instantly. You can continue editing any page until your PDF looks exactly the way you want.
