With AI PDF Creator, you can generate a professional, sales-ready PDF in just a few simple steps. The AI helps create the content, design the layout, and prepare a downloadable PDF that you can share or sell directly from your POP.STORE.
Step-by-Step Guide
- From the left panel, expand ECHO-ME Agent Team and select AI PDF Creator.

You will land on the AI PDF Creator screen. Before you start, scroll down to see a Quick Sample Preview of PDFs other creators have made. Tap View Sample on any of them to get a feel for what is possible.
- Now describe your PDF. You have a few ways to do this:
- Use a topic tag - You will see floating topic categories below the prompt box. Tap any one of them and it will be automatically added to your prompt as a starting point. You can add more detail on top of it.
- Write your own prompt - Describe your guide in your own words. Include details like your background, who the guide is for, what you want to cover, the tone you want (educational, casual, step-by-step), specific sections you want included, and any key outcomes you want your audience to achieve.
- Attach a PDF - You can attach an existing PDF as a reference and the AI will use it to inform the content and layout of your new PDF.

Use voice - Tap the microphone icon to record your prompt instead of typing it.
- From the dropdown in the top left of the prompt box, select how many pages you want your PDF to be - options range from 2 pages up to 12 pages, with a maximum of 20 pages on the next screen.
- Once everything is ready, tap the arrow button to proceed. The system will take a few seconds to generate your PDF setup.
- Enter your PDF Title.
- Select a Content Category that best fits your topic.
- The number of pages will be generated automatically. You can increase or decrease it based on your preference (up to a maximum of 20 pages).
- Choose a Cover Image Style.

Under Define Your Branding, choose your Color Palette and upload your Logo if you have one.

Toggle on Use My Face on Images in the PDF if you want your headshot included in the PDF visuals. If you've already uploaded a headshot while setting up AI Creator Studio, it will be used automatically. If you want to use a different image, tap the delete icon and upload a new one. If you are a fitness creator, you can also upload your front, back, and side body images for more personalized content.

On the right side of the screen, you will see a page-by-page content summary showing the headline, subheadline, imagery direction, vibe, layout notes, and bullet points for each page. Review everything carefully. Tap Edit on any page to make changes to the content before generating.
- Once everything looks good, tap Build My PDF. The system will start generating your PDF.
After Your PDF Is Generated
Once the PDF is generated, you will receive a notification via email when it is ready.
Go over your PDF. If everything looks right:
Tap the Download button to save your PDF
Or tap Sell Now to list it on your POP.STORE. From there, the remaining details will be auto-filled.
Select a Product Category, add a price or tick Make this product free, upload your cover and thumbnail image, and then tap Publish to start selling it as a digital download on your POP.STORE.
Want to Make Changes?
Once your PDF is generated, you can edit both the text and images on any page. Select the page you want to edit from the thumbnail strip at the bottom, then use the panel on the right to make your changes.

Editing Text - Go to the Text tab. From here you can update the page content directly. Make your changes and tap Update when done.
If you want to remove specific text, tap Remove Text. Drag across the words or sentences you want to delete and a Remove Selected button will appear. You can select multiple lines at once. Once you are happy with what you have selected, tap Update to apply the change.

Editing Images - Go to the Image tab. Make sure you have the right page selected. You will see example prompts organized by category to help you get started:
Persona / Face - Use your persona to regenerate or replace a person in the image, for example "Use my persona to regenerate this woman image in a black outfit" or "Use my face on this character while keeping the same pose"
Background - Change or replace the background of the page, for example "Replace the background with a luxury office" or "Set provided image as the page background"
Logo Fix - Adjust or clean up your logo on the page, for example "Fix my logo" or "Sharpen my logo and remove its background"
You can tap any example prompt to copy it and use it as a starting point, then add more detail in the Describe Changes field below. If you want AI to suggest a prompt for you, tap AI Suggestion or Regenerate Suggestion.
You can also upload a reference image under Add Reference Image to give the AI a visual to work from. Once everything looks right, tap Update to apply your changes.
