Need to make changes to an existing CommentChat flow? Whether you want to update the trigger keywords, tweak your auto-replies, or edit the DM content, it's super easy to update your flow anytime.
Follow these simple steps:
- From your Bio section tap the hamburger menu (≡)

Select CommentChat
- On the CommentChat screen, find the CommentChat flow you want to update
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) on the card

Select Edit

You’ll now enter the CommentChat editor where you can:
Change the flow name
Update platforms or connected Pages
Adjust trigger keywords
Modify auto-replies or DM content
Update CTA buttons
- Once you’re done making changes
- Tap Publish to save your updated flow
That’s it! Your updated CommentChat is now live and running with the new settings. ✅
