How to Set Up Comment Automation on POP.STORE 💬

Want to automate replies on your Instagram and Facebook posts?

With Comment Automation, you can automatically reply to comments, trigger DMs, and guide users to your products or links, helping you turn conversations into conversions without manual effort.

Step 1: Connect Your Meta Account

Before creating automation, you need to connect your Instagram and Facebook accounts.

1. From your Home screen, tap AI ECHO Me Agent Team.

   

2. In the Comment to DM Agent, tap Setup Agent.

   

3. Tap Connect with Meta.
4. Enter your Facebook Business Page credentials and tap Continue.

5. Log in with your Instagram Business Account credentials. Your Meta accounts will now be successfully connected.

   Note: If you face any issues during this process, try using a different browser or switch to incognito mode, then log in again with your POP.STORE credentials.

Step 2: Create a Comment Automation Flow

1. Once connected, you’ll be redirected to Comment to DM Flow.
2. Tap + New Flow to create a new flow for your comment automation.

3. Select your Instagram or Facebook account.

   

4. Choose where this automation should apply:
   Keyword - Applies to all your posts and stories automatically. This is best for ongoing (evergreen) automation where any matching comment triggers a DM.
   Existing - Applies to a specific post or story. You can select one particular post/reel/story or choose All to apply it to your current content.
   Next - Applies only to your next post or story. This is useful when you’re planning a new post and want automation ready in advance.

5. Enter a Flow Name.

   

6. Add Trigger Keywords

   Tap Select New Keyword.

   Enter keywords users might comment (e.g., link, price, buy).
   Use commas to add multiple keywords (up to 3).

   

7. Set Up Auto Replies in Comments

   Tap Setup Auto-Response in Comments.

   Enable Automated Response.

   Add your comment replies (e.g., “Check your DM!”, “Sent you the details!”).

   Tap + Add More to include more responses.

   Tick Add these responses to library if you want to reuse them later.

   Select an existing library or tap + Create New to save them.

   If you create a new one, enter a library name and tap Save to Library.

   

8. Set Up DM Flow
   Tap Setup DMs.
   Choose where you want to send users:
   A POP.STORE product
   A video or content
   Or an external link

   

   Once selected:
   Tap Change Image to upload your preferred image
   Enter your DM message (max 60 characters)
   Edit the CTA button text by tapping the ✏️ icon

   

9. Enable Follow-Up DM (Optional)
   Turn on Follow-Up DM if you want to send a second message.
   Set the delay time (in hours).
   Customize:
   Image (tap Change Image)
   Message
   CTA button

   

10. Publish
    Once everything looks good, tap Publish.
    Your Comment Automation is now live 🎉
    When someone comments using your keywords, they’ll automatically receive a reply and a DM.
