How to Sell Courses from Your Pop.Store 📚

Use the Course Creator tool to build and sell mobile-friendly courses right from your Pop.Store—no third-party platforms needed.

Step 1: Launch Course Creator

  1. From your Bio section, select the green + button and then choose Create a Course to begin setting up your new course.
  2. You’ll see two sections:
    • Course Configuration - Info, visuals, pricing.
    • Course Content - Chapters and videos.

Step 2: Configure Your Course

  1. Course Name - Add a clear title.
  2. Description - Brief summary of what learners gain.
  3. Add a Marketing Banner - Upload a banner to visually promote your course. You can even use separate banners for Desktop and Mobile by enabling the "Use different banner for Mobile" option.
  4. Restrict Access by Subscription - Limit access to specific subscription tiers. Read this article to learn how to set up subscription tiers.
  5. Sell Course Standalone - Want to sell the course separately outside of subscriptions? Tick Also Sell Course Standalone and set your Course Price.
  6. Discount - Add discounted pricing and a promo window.
  7. Episode Labels - Turn on to show ep. numbers.

Step 3: Add Course Content

  1. Select + Add Module / Chapter
  2. Give your chapter a name (max 50 characters).
  3. Upload a banner for the chapter (optional).
  4. Use a different banner for Mobile if needed.
  5. Select Save to lock in the chapter.

Add Videos to Your Chapter:

  1. Use the dropdown arrow beside your chapter to expand it.
  2. Choose Select Video or Upload Video.

Whether you’re uploading a new video or selecting an existing one, follow these steps:

  1. Video Title & Text - Add a compelling title and description.
  2. Transcript - Upload a text or PDF file that serves as a written version of your video content. This helps learners follow along more easily, improves accessibility, and provides a quick reference for note-taking.
  3. Clip Type - Choose if this is an Episode, Teaser, Promo, or Sponsored.
  4. Restrict Access - The subscription tier you selected while configuring the course will be automatically applied here. By default, the preview time is set to 0 seconds, which means non-subscribers won’t even be able to view the video thumbnail—it’ll appear completely blurred out.
  5. Upload a Thumbnail - Either capture a frame or upload a custom image (400x500 recommended).
  6. Select Publish to save the video.

You can drag and rearrange or remove videos anytime. Once done, select Create Course to publish.
