Uploading videos is a great way to turn followers into fans and subscribers.
Whether it’s a product demo, tutorial, or behind-the-scenes clip - videos help you connect, build loyalty, and monetize your content. Think of it as your highlight reel, but clickable, monetizable, and fully yours.
Steps to Add a Video to Your POP.STORE
To upload a video to your POP.STORE, follow the steps below:
- From your Home screen, select + Add to Store

Select Add Content.
- Tap Video Series.

Choose one of the following:
Create Series to start a new series
Add Video to upload a video to an existing series - If you select Add Video, choose how you want to upload:
Upload a file (MP4 or MOV, up to 5GB) and tap Continue
Or paste a TikTok or Instagram link, tap Import Video, then tap Continue - Add a title and short description. Optionally, tag products featured in your video.
- Toggle Add to Series and select a video label - Episode, Teaser, Promo, or Sponsored.
- From the dropdown, select your existing series. You can add the same clip to multiple series at once or tap Create New to make a new series.

Toggle Restrict Access to make your video subscriber-only. Choose a subscriber tier, set a preview duration (e.g., 10 seconds or 0 to blur the thumbnail), and you can even choose to mute the audio after the preview window is up.
- Tap Next to continue.
- Pause the video, drag the video to the frame you like then tap Set frame as thumbnail, or upload your own image (recommended size: 400×500). You’ll see how your video appears to both Subscribers and Non-Subscribers.
- Once everything looks good, tap Publish - and done! Your video is now live on your POP.STORE.
