Set Up Auto Replies on Instagram
Step 1: Connect Your Instagram to Meta Business Suite
- Go to business.facebook.com and log in.
- From the left menu, go to Accounts > Instagram Accounts.
- Select the Add button on the top right and connect your Instagram account.
Step 2: Open the Meta Business Suite App on Your Phone
- Download and open the Meta Business Suite App.
- Log in using your Facebook account.
- Select the right Instagram Account from the first page.
- Once you are on the correct business page – click on Inbox on the bottom bar
Step 3: Set Up the Autoresponder
- Tap the three-dot menu at the top right of the Inbox.
- Select Automations.
- Choose Instant Reply.
- On the Instant Reply screen, enable Instagram.
- Write a message directing people to your Pop.Store.
Example: Thanks for reaching out! To message me directly and access all my content, head to [your Pop.Store link]. - Set the timing to ‘Sent Instantly.’
- Tap Save and exit.
That’s it—you’re done!
Set Up Auto Replies on TikTok
Step 1: Switch to a Business Account
- Open the TikTok app and go to your profile.
- Tap the three-line icon at the top right.
- Select Settings and Privacy > Manage account.
- Tap Switch to Business Account.
- Select a category for your business.
- Add your email or skip it.
- Your account is now set to Business account.
Step 2: Set Up Auto Message
- Go back to your profile and tap the three-line icon again.
- Select Business Suite > Message Center.
- Tap Welcome Message.
- Toggle on Welcome Message if it's not already active.
- Customize your welcome message like:
"Thanks for the message! To connect with me and explore all my content, visit [your Pop.Store link]." - Select Submit to send your message for moderation.
Note: TikTok reviews auto messages within 1–5 business days. You'll get an in-app update, or you can check status in the Message Center. Editing the message will restart the approval process.
