How to Set Up CommentChat on Pop.Store 💬

How to Set Up CommentChat on Pop.Store

1. Configure CommentChat

   This is a one-time setup.

   From your Bio section:

   Tap the hamburger menu > Control Panel > CommentChat
   Tap +Create CommentChat

   Connect your Instagram (required by Meta):

   Switch to a Professional Account

   Enable message access:

   Go to Instagram > Settings > Messages and Story Replies > Allow Access to Messages

   Follow the short in-dashboard video if needed

   Tap Continue to Step 2

   Link Facebook & Instagram:

   Select the provided link to open Facebook Page Manager

   Follow prompts and confirm accounts are linked

   Tap Click to Setup Comment Automation

   Authorize the connection:

   Continue as [Your Name]

   Approve access for CommentSold (pop.store's parent company)

   Tap Finish Setup

   Your CommentChat is now configured!

2. Create Your First CommentChat Flow

   From Control Panel > CommentChat
   Tap +Create CommentChat

   

   Set up your flow:

   Name it

   Choose where to send followers (store product, external link, etc.)

   Choose if this is for a new or existing post

   Link your Instagram account

   Add Trigger Keywords (e.g., "Buy", "Price", "Link")
   Separate each with commas
   Use natural phrases your audience would comment

   Set Up Auto-Replies + DM Flows

   Choose from response templates or create new ones

   Add responses like: “Here you go!”, “Sent it!”

   Save them as a group for future use

   Then, customize your DM:

   Write your private message

   Add CTA button text (e.g., “Buy Now”)

   Upload a thumbnail

   Toggle Follow-up DM if needed (set a delay in hours)

3. Publish

   Tap Publish—your CommentChat is now live!
