Comment to DM Agent instantly sends a personalized comment and DM that feels natural, helpful, and on-brand triggered by the keywords you choose and powered by the offers, discounts, or actions you've configured.

Step-by-step Guide
When you set up ECHO-ME Agent Team, your Meta accounts are already connected. Now it's time to create your Comment to DM flow. There are two ways to find the Comment to DM Agent:

Once connected, you'll be redirected to Comment to DM Flow. From the left panel, tap Home to make sure you're on the Home screen. From here, tap Comment to DM Agent
- Or from the left panel, tap AI ECHO-ME Agent Team

From either option, you'll land in the AI ECHO-ME Agent Team section. From there, in the Comment to DM Agent section, tap Manage Agent
- Tap + Create to create a new flow for your comment automation.

Select your Instagram or Facebook account.
- Choose where this automation should apply:
Keyword - Applies to all your posts and stories automatically. This is best for ongoing (evergreen) automation where any matching comment triggers a DM.
Existing - Applies to a specific post or story. You can select one particular post/reel/story or choose All to apply it to your current content.
Next - Applies only to your next post or story. This is useful when you're planning a new post and want automation ready in advance. -
Enter a Flow Name.

Add Trigger Keywords
Tap Select New Keyword.
Enter keywords users might comment (e.g., link, price, buy).
Use commas to add multiple keywords (up to 3). -
Set Up Auto Replies in Comments
Tap Automated Comment Responses
Once you toggle this, if you haven't set up ECHO yet, you'll be redirected to complete the setup. The setup is quick and only takes a few minutes. During this, ECHO learns your tone, style, and how you typically respond so it can reply in your voice. Once enabled, ECHO will automatically reply to comments in your style.
You can either toggle this to let ECHO-ME reply automatically or add your own responses manually. -
Add Your Responses.
Add your comment replies (e.g., "Check your DM!", "Sent you the details!").
Tap + Add More to include more responses.
Tick Add these responses to library if you want to reuse them later.
Select an existing library or tap + Create New to save them.
If you create a new one, enter a library name and tap Save to Library.

Set Up DM Flow
Tap DM to Send. From the dropdown, select an existing offer. If you haven't created one yet, tap + Create new offer. -
Create Offer
Tap Choose product and select what you want to send:
Video Series, Affiliate Product, Digital Product, Course, Calendar Booking, etc.If you want to redirect users outside your store, select External Link and add your URL
If the product image is not fetched automatically, upload it manually
Once selected, tap Confirm selection
Add your Offer Title
For instance - "Get 50% Off My Fitness Plan," "Exclusive Access Just for You"Add your Offer Message
For instance - "Hey! I've shared something special with you - check it out 👇"
You can tap Write with ECHO to auto-generate the messageOnce everything looks good, Tap Create Offer

Once your offer is added, toggle ECHO-ME will send personalized DMs with your offer. If ECHO is not set up yet, you'll be redirected to complete the setup

Follow-up DM
Toggle Follow-up DM if you want to send a reminder message
You can enable ECHO-ME personalized replies for follow-ups. Once you toggle this, you will again be redirected to set up ECHO-ME if you haven't set it up yet
Set the delay time using the + / – buttons (e.g., send after 4 hours) - Once everything looks good, tap Publish. Your Comment automation is now live. When someone comments using your keywords, they'll automatically receive a reply and a DM.
Track Your Performance & Insights 📊
Go back to the Comment to DM dashboard to track performance.
- From Select Account/Page, choose your Instagram or Facebook account to view insights
- View key metrics like comments responded, DMs sent, and DMs clicked

Use filters like All, Post Specific, Story Specific, or Keyword Specific to analyze different flows
