Left panel → ECHO-ME Agents → Social Engagement Agent → tap the Pause button → choose how long you want ECHO-ME paused for: 1, 3, 6, or 24 hours, or select Custom for your own duration → tap Pause. ECHO-ME stops immediately and resumes automatically once the time is up.
