Left Panel → ECHO-ME Agents → Social Engagement Agent → gear icon → Manage ECHO-ME Messaging Assistant. Here you'll see "Tell ECHO-ME When It Should Respond." Tap Auto-detect to set your timezone, then enter your sleep and wake times, and tap Save. ECHO-ME pauses during that window and resumes when you wake up.
