How to Set Up Your Priority DM Inbox on POP.STORE

If your Instagram DMs are flooded with spam, cold pitches, and random messages, it becomes nearly impossible to find the people who genuinely want to connect with you or become part of your community. POP.STORE's Priority DM Inbox fixes that. Instead of leaving your DMs open to everyone, people who want to message you need to subscribe first. Only real, paying subscribers get through, so every conversation in your inbox is one worth having.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the left panel, tap Home to make sure you are on the Home screen. Scroll down to the Account Settings section and tap Configure Priority DM Inbox.

     

  2. You will be asked who can message you. Select the subscription level that makes sense for your audience. You can choose from Follower (Free), Subscriber, Fan, or VIP. If you haven't set up subscriptions yet, read: How to Set Up Subscriptions. Once you have selected, tap Next.

     

  3. On the next screen, make sure Turn on IG DM Redirect is toggled on. This redirects anyone who DMs you on Instagram to your POP.STORE Priority Inbox instead, so all your genuine conversations happen in one place and spam never gets through.

     

  4. Below that, you will see a pre-written DM redirect message. This is what gets sent automatically to anyone who tries to DM you on Instagram. You can edit it to match your tone. Make sure your POP.STORE link is included in the message so people know exactly where to go.

     

  5. Once you are happy with the message, tap Update, then tap Continue.

Your Priority DM Inbox is now live. From this point on, anyone who wants to message you on POP.STORE will need to subscribe to the tier you selected before they can reach you. This means every message you receive is from someone who has already committed to being part of your community, so your inbox stays clean and every conversation is worth your time.
