AI Fan Insights lets you find exactly the right people in your audience and reach out to them directly. You can filter your followers by what they are interested in, where they are from, their age, their gender, how many have downloaded your guides, how many have clicked on your collections, and more. Once you have identified the right group, you can send them a targeted message straight to their POP.STORE inbox, email, or SMS, making every message feel relevant and personal to that specific group.
Step-by-Step Guide

From the left panel, tap Home to make sure you are on the Home screen. Under the AI ECHO-ME Agent Team section, tap AI Fan Insights.

Once you are inside AI Fan Insights, you will see a search bar with a prompt that says "Target followers based on their usage and activity." Type in the filter you want. Some examples of what you can ask:
- How many followers have clicked on my listing?
- How many community members have downloaded my neighborhood guide?
- How many followers are based in New York?
- How many of my subscribers are aged between 25 and 35?
AI Fan Insights will instantly give you the answer based on your audience data. You can also tap any of the suggested example queries if one feels relevant to what you are looking for and it will be applied automatically.

Once you have your answer, tap Target Audience. A window will appear where you can narrow down exactly who you want to reach. You can select more than one filter at a time:
- Gender - Target by male or female
- Demographic - Target by location, for example followers based in California
- Age - Target by age group, for example followers aged 30 and above
Tick the filters you want to apply and you will see the count update at the bottom showing how many people match your selection. Once you are happy with your selection, tap Target Audience to confirm.

After confirming your target audience, you will be taken to a new message screen. Choose where to send your message. You can select POP.STORE Inbox, Email, SMS, or all three at once.
- Add a Subject for your message and write your message in the content area below. You can format your message using the text editor, add bold or italic text, insert links, add images, and more to make your message stand out and feel polished before it goes out.

Once you are done, tap Send to [number] Users and your message will be delivered to your targeted audience instantly.
