Smart Listings FAQs

  1. What is a Smart Listing?

    A Smart Listing is your social-adjacent property destination - a high-converting landing page where your social traffic lands and your AI Concierge takes over. Unlike traditional portals or basic link-in-bio pages, a Smart Listing is purpose-built to convert visitors into qualified leads, booked showings, and closed transactions.

  2. Where does my listing live?

    Your listing lives on your POP.STORE - your own branded destination that you own and control. Each listing also gets a unique URL you can use exactly like a standalone landing page: drop it in your link-in-bio, share it in a DM, run it as a paid ad destination, or link to it from any post. It works wherever you need it to.

  3. How do I copy my listing page URL?
    Once your listing is published, from the left panel, tap My Listings to see all your listings. Find the listing you want to share, tap the three-dot icon, and select Copy URL. You can then share it anywhere, your social profiles, emails, newsletters, or directly with potential buyers.

     

     

     

  4. Can I organize multiple listings on my POP.STORE?

    Yes. You can create sections and collections to organize your listings however makes sense for your business - by neighborhood, price range, property type, or any grouping you choose. Your POP.STORE becomes a curated storefront for your entire portfolio, not just a single property page.

  5. How do I organize my listings on my POP.STORE?
    If you have multiple listings, you can group them together using the Listing Group feature. From the left panel tap + Add to Store, then tap Add Listing Group. Add a group heading such as "Current Listings" or "Available Properties", tap + Add Listings, select the listing pages you want to include, and tap Add Listings. All your listings will now appear together as a group on your profile, making it easy for buyers to browse your full portfolio in one place.

     

     

     

  6. How does a Smart Listing work with my social content?

    When you post about a property on Instagram or Facebook, you can set your Smart Listing page as the destination URL that you send traffic to using ECHO-ME Comment to DM Agent. ECHO-ME's comment-to-DM agent monitors your social channels, responds to comments showing purchase intent, and sends interested buyers directly to the relevant listing on your POP.STORE - automatically.

  7. Does POP.STORE integrate with the MLS?

  8. Do I own the lead data captured through my Smart Listings?

    Yes. Every lead captured through your Smart Listing goes into a database you own and keep forever - regardless of your subscription status. Your leads are yours, not the platform's.

  9. How do I edit my listings?
    You can edit your listings at any time, whether they are published or still in draft. From the left panel, tap My Listings to see all your listings. Find the one you want to update, tap the three-dot icon, and select Edit. Make your changes and once everything looks good, tap Publish at the top to make it live.
