Social engagement doesn't stop when you hit "post" - that's when it actually begins. Most creators lose momentum after posting because they can't keep up with comments and DMs.
The Social Engagement Agent inside the ECHO Me Agent Team steps in at that exact moment, replying to comments across your posts in your voice, so your audience always feels heard even when you're offline. As replies increase, more people engage, visibility grows, and your engagement starts compounding instead of dropping off.
Step-by-Step Guide

From the left panel, tap ECHO-ME Agents to land on your ECHO-ME dashboard. From there, select Social Engagement Agent to begin.
- Then, you'll land directly on your Social Engagement Agent dashboard.
- If you haven't connected your social accounts yet, tap any agent and you'll be prompted to connect. You'll see two options:
- Connect Instagram - Links just that one Instagram account. You'll need to repeat the process if you want to connect a different Instagram account later.
- Connect Facebook - Brings in all your Meta accounts at once. Just make sure your Instagram is already connected to your Facebook Page in Meta Business Suite before you do that.
- ECHO Gets to Know You - ECHO will now start scanning your posts, captions, images, DMs, sentiments, and content patterns to understand who you are and how you communicate. If you've got an extensive social profile, this can take a few hours. You don't need to wait around - ECHO will text and email you the moment it's ready.

Review What ECHO Learned About You - Once the scan is done, ECHO shows you what it learned about you. This is the most important part of the whole setup. The more accurate this is, the more ECHO sounds like you in every single reply.
- Your Vibe, Summarized - ECHO shares its read of your personality and how you come across online. If it's right, tap That's Me. If it's off, tap Not Quite, rewrite it in your own words, and save. ECHO learns from every correction.
- Your Feed, Decoded - ECHO describes the themes and visual patterns it noticed across your content. Confirm or correct it the same way.
- What You Keep Coming Back To - You'll see the topics and ideas you return to most, shown as tags. Tap That's Me if it's accurate, or Not Quite to refine it.

Your Voice, In Practice - ECHO shows you sample replies it would send on your behalf across different scenarios - a fan asking about your content, someone hyping you up, someone on the fence. If a reply doesn't sound like you, tap Not Quite and rewrite it exactly how you'd actually say it. The more you correct here, the less ECHO sounds like a bot and the more it sounds like you.
Once you've reviewed everything, tap Next, Let's Go.
- Choose Manual or Auto Mode - Now choose how you want Social Engagement to run.
- Manual mode - ECHO drafts reply suggestions for you and nothing goes live until you approve it. Great if you want to stay in control while ECHO is still learning your voice.

Auto mode - ECHO replies on its own during your active hours, fully in your voice, without you needing to do a thing.
We recommend starting with Manual, reviewing how ECHO responds in real situations, and switching to Auto once you're happy with how it sounds. -
Manage Your Messaging Assistant - From your Social Engagement Agent dashboard, tap Settings and select Manage ECHO Me Messaging Assistant. Make sure your connected account is toggled on so ECHO can reply to comments on that account. From here, you can also configure:
- Sleep and Wake Times - Set the hours you're actually active so ECHO only replies during those windows.
- Respond to Emoji Only or Short Comments - Turn this on if you want ECHO to reply to comments that are just emojis or only a few words.
- Respond to Celebrities and Super Creators - Turn this on if you want ECHO to reply to comments from large accounts too.
- Response Rate Limit - Controls how many replies ECHO sends per hour. It's set to 20 by default. Raise or lower it based on how much engagement your posts usually get.

Delay Settings - Controls how quickly ECHO replies after a comment comes in, so your responses feel natural rather than instant and automated.
Once you're happy with everything, tap Save.
- Scroll down and you'll see the Analyzed Posts section. This is where ECHO shows you all the comments it has analyzed across your posts, along with the replies it has drafted or already sent. For each comment you'll see three options:
- Sounds like me - Tap this if the reply feels right. ECHO will learn from it and keep using this style.
- Not quite - Tap this if the reply does not feel right. A window will appear asking you to suggest an alternative response. Write how you would actually reply and tap That's how I talk and ECHO will learn from your input and improve from there. The more responses you refine, the better ECHO gets at sounding like you. Once you have refined 10 responses, ECHO-ME will unlock and you can choose to go live.
