How to Configure Social Engagement Agent on POP.STORE πŸš€

Social engagement doesn't stop when you hit "post" -  that's when it actually begins. Most creators lose momentum after posting because they can't keep up with comments and DMs. 

The Social Engagement Agent inside the AI ECHO-ME Agent Team steps in at that exact moment, helping you stay active in conversations, reply faster, and keep your content alive longer. As replies increase, more people engage, visibility grows, and your engagement starts compounding instead of dropping off.

Before you start: If you haven't set up your ECHO-ME Agent Team yet, complete that first. Once done, you can start configuring Social Engagement Agent.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. There are two ways to find the Social Engagement Agent:
  2. From the left panel, tap Home to make sure you are on the Home screen. From here, tap Social Engagement.

     

  3. Or from the left panel, tap AI ECHO-ME Agent Team
  4. From either of these options, you will be taken to the AI ECHO-ME Agent Team section. From there, in the Social Engagement section, tap Manage Agent.

     

  5. You'll now be taken back to the AI ECHO-ME Agent Team dashboard.
  6. Under Social Engagement Agent, tap Manage Agent.

     

  7. Set your availability (Sleep Timer)
    Tap Auto-detect to set your timezone

    Add your sleep time and wake-up time. Your agent will pause during this time

    In Delay Settings, choose how fast your agent should reply

    Tap Save

     

  8. Understand the dashboard (Preview Mode). You'll now see your dashboard
  9. Before going live:
    ECHO will suggest replies to your comments
    You can:
    πŸ‘ Approve a reply
    πŸ‘Ž Reject it. When you tap the thumbs-down icon, you'll be asked to suggest how ECHO should respond. It will learn from your input and reply the way you prefer in the future.
    πŸ—‘οΈ Delete it
    This helps ECHO learn your tone and improve over time
  10. Go Live with ECHO-ME
    Toggle Go Live with ECHO-ME

     

  11. Activate your agent
  12. Once you select your preferred setup
  13. Tap Go live with ECHO-ME. When you tap Go Live with ECHO-ME, you'll be asked to accept the Terms & Conditions. Review them and tap I Agree to complete the process.
  14. You'll see three options:

    Auto Mode - ECHO automatically replies to all comments using your trained style
    Manual Mode - ECHO suggests replies. You review and approve before sending
    Redirect IG DMs to POP.STORE - Automatically reply to DMs. Redirect users to your POP.STORE. You can edit the message to match your tone.
