Need a break from message alerts? You can turn off notifications for any of your Community Channels in just a few taps.
Here’s how to do it:
- From the left panel, select Community Channels.

Select the channel you want to manage.
- At the top right, tap the three dots (⋯).

If your notifications are turned on, you will see Mute Notifications - tap it to turn them off. If your notifications are already turned off, you will see Notifications - tap it to turn them on.
Once turned off, you won’t receive any new message alerts from this channel.
That’s it - notifications are now off for this channel. You can turn them back on anytime!
