Want to stay connected with your fans in real-time? With Community Channel, you can create public or private channels inside your Pop.Store - perfect for sharing updates, starting conversations, or even just vibing with your closest fans.
Follow these steps to set it up:
- From your Home Screen, select Community Channels.

Here, you’ll see your current list of channels (if any). Tap + Create New to start a new one.
- Upload your channel icon, give your channel a name (up to 50 characters), and add a short description (up to 250 characters).

Select your channel visibility:
Public: Everyone can see the messages
Private: Only visible to channel members - Tick Broadcast Channel if you only want to post messages while fans can react with emojis, but not reply.
- Choose the required subscription level to access the channel:
Follower (Free)
Subscriber
Fan
VIP -
Tap Create Channel. Your new community space is now live!
