How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. There are two ways to access it:

Step 1: Open My Account

Choose either of the options below:

  1. From the left panel, tap Home, scroll down, and tap My Account

     

  2. Or tap your profile icon (your picture) at the bottom left, expand it, and tap Settings

     

Note: If you are on the mobile app, you will not be able to manage or cancel your subscription from within the app. Please log in via a web browser to manage your subscription. You can log in here: POP.STORE

Step 2: Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Find your active subscription
  2. Tap Manage

     

  3. Tap the three-dot icon (top right)
  4. Select Cancel Subscription

     

    Once done, your subscription will be canceled.

Note: Once a subscription is purchased, refunds are not available. However, you may cancel at any time, and your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
