Add Digital Products to My Store

Digital products let you sell e-books, recipes, templates, courses, and more—without the hassle of shipping or inventory. Since they are delivered instantly to customers, the selling process is seamless and convenient.

Your My Store isn’t just for physical products—it’s a dedicated space to manage and showcase both physical and digital items. This guide will walk you through how to upload, organize, and display digital products on pop.store to create a streamlined shopping experience for your customers.

Whether you’re a content creator, coach, craft expert, or chef, selling digital products is a great way to monetize your expertise. For example, you can sell recipe guides, workout routines, craft patterns, digital templates, or online courses to share your knowledge and creativity with a global audience. 

Adding a Digital Product


Step 1: Access Digital Product

  • From your Profile Section, scroll down to Sell Digital Products banner.
  • Select +Add Digital Product.

Alternatively, you can add a digital product through the Add Content button:

  • Make sure you are in Edit Mode on your profile. 
  • Select +Add Content and choose Digital Download to upload your product.

Step 2: Enter Product Details

A new screen will appear where you need to fill in your product details:

  • Product Name: Give your digital product a clear and catchy title.
  • Product Category: Choose from categories like AI Art, Courses, Cooking Recipes, and more.
  • Product Description: Write a compelling description explaining what buyers will get.
  • Upload File: Attach your digital product (PDF or ZIP, up to 1GB).
  • Upload Cover Image: This is the main visual for your product (recommended size 1560 x 800).
  • Upload Thumbnail Image: This will be displayed in your storefront (recommended size 528 x 640).

Pro Tip: Make your product description detailed and enticing. Highlight key features and benefits to encourage more sales!

Step 3: Set Pricing & Discounts

  • Enter your product price in USD.
  • Want to offer a discount? Toggle on Product on Sale and set a discounted price with a date range.

Pro Tip: Use sale pricing for seasonal promotions to drive more purchases!

Step 4: Add More Details to Your Product (Optional, But Useful!)

Making your product more visually appealing and informative can boost sales and improve customer experience. You can:

  • Upload up to 12 additional images to give customers a better understanding of your product.
  • Provide detailed content explaining how your product works, what’s included, and why it’s valuable.
  • Use formatting options like headings, bullet points, and links to organize your description and make it easy to read.

Pro Tip: A well-presented product is more likely to convert visitors into buyers. Take time to add engaging images and descriptions!

Step 5: Publish & Submit for Review

Once everything looks good, hit Create Digital Product! Your product will be sent for review. You can check the review status by selecting the Control Panel from your profile, navigating to My Store, and looking for the "Under Review" tag on your product. The review process can take up to 24 hours

After approval, your digital product will be live in My Store, ready for customers to purchase!

Step 6: Add Your Digital Product to the Storefront

Once you've added your digital product, it's stored in the backend. Now, you need to place it in your storefront so customers can see and purchase it.

  1. Go to the Control Panel: From your Bio section, select Control Panel.
  2. Navigate to My Store: Inside My Store, select Storefront.
  3. View Available Products: This section displays all the products currently in your storefront. 
  4. Select Your Digital Product: Find your digital product and select it to appear in My Store.

Once added, your digital product will be live and visible for customers to browse and buy. You can view it in My Store space within your Bio section

Increase Visibility with a Digital Product Button


By default, customers need to visit My Store to see your products. But what if you could place them right on your profile for instant access?

With the Digital Product Button, you can feature your best-selling digital products next to your other custom buttons!

Adding a Digital Product Button

  • Go to your Profile Section and find the Digital Product Button option.
  • Select +Digital Product Button and select the product you want to feature.
    Customize the button by:
    • Choosing a background color that matches your profile.
    • Styling the product title, category, and CTA button to make it visually appealing.
    • Adding an animation effect for extra attention.
  • Preview the button to see how it will appear on your profile.
  • If everything looks good, select Save, then select Save Changes from the top-right corner to publish.

Your Digital Product Button will now be displayed on your profile for maximum visibility!

Pro Tip: A well-designed button can attract more clicks, so make sure the text is clear and the colors stand out!
