Pop.store is designed to help creators and influencers monetize their content effortlessly. Whether you're earning from subscriptions or selling digital and physical products, understanding how payments work ensures you maximize your earnings without delays. This guide walks you through everything you need to know about getting paid on pop.store.

How Creators Earn Money on pop.store


Pop.store gives creators the flexibility to generate revenue in different ways. 

Subscriptions – Get Paid for Your Exclusive Content (My Life)

  • Offer exclusive subscriber-only content to your followers.
  • Charge a recurring fee for access to premium videos and 1-1 DMs
  • Control subscription pricing based on the content’s exclusivity.
  • Subscribers will be billed automatically, ensuring consistent income.

Example: You can offer a subscription plan for users to unlock exclusive behind-the-scenes content and subscriber only lives.

Selling Physical Products 

  • List and sell physical products directly from your pop.store profile.
  • Choose from the pop.store catalog or add your own merchandise.
  • Handle transactions securely through pop.store payments, powered by Stripe.
  • Track inventory and manage orders from your Control Panel.
  • Earnings from physical products are available 30 days after the sale to account for shipping and returns.

Note: Physical Product sales are only available to US creators and can only be purchased by US consumers since shipping is currently supported within the US. 

Example: If you're selling branded T-shirts, handcrafted jewelry, or limited-edition merchandise, pop.store helps you seamlessly handle orders and payments.

Selling Digital Products 

  • Upload and list digital products like guides, artwork, templates, or presets.
  • Handle transactions securely through pop.store payments, powered by Stripe.
  • Customers receive their digital purchases immediately after checkout.
  • Earnings from digital products become available 7 days after purchase.

Example: If you create exclusive digital artwork, e-books, or online tutorials, pop.store allows you to automate delivery while earning revenue.

Navigating Your Earnings Dashboard


Easily track your earnings and manage payouts through your Control Panel.

How to Access Your Earnings:

  1. From your profile section select My Account, located at the top right corner
  2. Here, you'll find key financial details, including:
    • Available Balance: The amount currently ready for withdrawal.
    • Pending Balance: Earnings that are still processing will become available after the payout cycle. 
    • Past Earnings: The total amount earned before the current payout cycle. 
    • Lifetime Earnings: The total amount you’ve earned on pop.store.
    • Completed Payouts: A record of past withdrawals.

Note: If your pop.store Payments account is not connected, the Withdraw Money button will be disabled until setup is complete.

Setting Up Your Pop.store Payments account


To receive payments, you need to set up your pop.store payments account.

Configuring Payouts

  1. Go to My Account, select Configure Payouts.
  2. You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete the setup.
  3. Once your account is connected, you can withdraw money anytime.

Withdrawing Money

  • Once your pop.store payments account is set up, go to My Account.
  • Select Withdraw Money.
  • Your funds will be transferred to your bank account based on Stripe’s processing timelines.

Payouts: How and When You Get Paid


Once your pop.store payments account is set up and verified, you can start withdrawing earnings.

Payout Eligibility

  • First withdrawal: Available 15 days after sign-up.
  • Ongoing withdrawals: Manual withdrawals from your Payable Earnings can be requested at any time.

Processing Time & Frequency

  • Earnings from monthly subscriptions are available for withdrawal 7 days after payment. For long-term subscriptions (e.g., 6-month or 12-month plans), earnings are released each month rather than all at once. 
  • Earnings from digital products are available for withdrawal 7 days after payment is received from your customers.
  • Earnings from physical product sales (my store) are available for withdrawal 30 days after orders have been fulfilled
  • Payment method changes: Updating your bank details triggers a 7-day payout lock for security.

Important Payment Notes

  • Currency: All payouts are processed in USD.
  • Refund Deductions: If a refund or chargeback occurs, the refunded amount will be deducted from your next payout. Chargebacks are also deducted from your next payout, as well as a $15 fee. This fee covers costs incurred by pop.store for chargebacks.
  • Transaction Fees: Payments processed through pop.store are subject to a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee on withdrawals. This fee covers payment processing costs and applies to all transactions.
  • Account Closure: Any negative balance must be settled before closing an account. Remaining funds will be released 60 days after account closure.

Managing Your Earnings on pop.store is easy—all your earning details are available in the My Account section. By keeping track of your payouts and ensuring your pop.store Payments account is properly set up, you can smoothly access your funds.
