Planning a live show in advance can help you maximize audience engagement and ensure a smooth streaming experience. Scheduling allows you to set a specific time and date for your show, giving your followers time to prepare and join in. This feature is especially useful for promoting upcoming product drops, special events, or doing a subscriber-only AMA, here’s how to line everything up ahead of time.
Scheduling a Live Show
Step 1: Enter Edit Mode
To get started, from your Bio section tap the Edit button in the top right corner.
Once you're in Edit Mode, select +Add Content. From the list, choose Schedule Live.
Step 2: Add the Basics
Now you’re in the scheduling screen—time to set the stage.
- Video Preview: Add a short clip that teases what your live is about.
- Image Cover: Upload a visual that grabs attention and makes your show stand out.
- Title: Give your show a clear and compelling name.
Then set your Date and Time using the dropdown calendar.
Step 3: Set Your Show’s Visibility
Choose how you want people to join:
- Public: Open to everyone.
- Practice Mode: Great for dry runs—only folks with a direct link can join.
- Subscribers Only: Limit access to paying followers. You’ll also select the access tier (Subscriber, Fan, or VIP) for even more control.
Once everything looks good, click Next to review the details—then hit Confirm to lock it in.
Step 4: Stream, and Share
Tap the three-dot menu on your show card to:
- Start Streaming when you’re ready to go live
- Add a Timer to show a countdown on your profile
- Delete the Show if you need to cancel
And don’t forget to copy and share your Live Show link! You’ll find it in the same menu—perfect for posting on socials or sending to your top fans.
Make It Easy to Get Notified
Once your show is scheduled, it’ll show up right on your profile with a bell icon.
When followers click it, they’ll subscribe and get notified the moment you go live. More visibility, more views, more sales.
Pro Tip: You can schedule multiple shows in advance to create a consistent content schedule.
Manage and Start Your Show
To view all your scheduled shows, go to your Bio section, select the Control Panel, then head to the My Life tab and choose Live Shows. Here you’ll see a full list of your upcoming sessions.
Ready to go live?
Just open the scheduled show from your Bio, tap the three-dot icon, and select Start Streaming. That’s it—you’re live!
