My Account: Track Your Earnings and Manage Your Subscribers

The My Account section in pop.store is your go-to hub for everything money-related—from viewing earnings and tracking referrals to managing subscribers and setting up your payments. Whether you’re just starting or already earning, this section puts all your key information in one place.

Benefits of the My Account Section

• See What You’re Earning: Get a clear snapshot of your earnings—from what's available now to your lifetime totals.
• Withdraw Your Payouts Smoothly: Easily set up your pop.store payments account and withdraw funds whenever you're ready.
• Track Subscriber Activity: See how many people are subscribed to your content and which tiers they’re on.
• Monitor Referrals: Check who signed up using your referral link and how your referral network is growing.
• Stay on Top of Purchases: View orders placed on your store—digital or physical—and check purchase details with one click.
• Manage Your Own Subscriptions: View and control the subscriptions you’ve taken, like software tools or add-ons from pop.store.

Navigating the My Account Section

To access My Account, from your Bio section select My Account from the top right corner. This will open up a detailed breakdown of your earnings and subscriber insights.

Here’s what you’ll find:

• Your Referral Link: Copy and share your link directly from here. It’s your gateway to earning passive income through referrals. To learn more, check out Share Your Referral Link.
• My Profile: View and edit your personal details like username, first and last name, and email address. You can also connect or disconnect your Google account.
• My Referrals: See everyone who’s signed up using your referral link. This section logs all your referral activity in one place.
• My Purchases: Track all your order history here.
• Messages: Quickly jump to your private DMs and ongoing conversations with buyers or subscribers.
• Address Book: Manage your billing addresses here. You can add new addresses or remove old ones. 
• Payments: Add or manage the card you use to pay for your pop.store software subscriptions. A valid card must be on file for subscription renewals such as CommentChat.
• My Community Members: See who’s following your store, all in one place. You can even export the full list as a CSV file to use outside pop.store whenever you need.

Your Earnings Dashboard

Scroll down to see your complete earnings overview. Here's what each section means:

• Payable Earnings: This section shows the amount available for withdrawal right now.
• Available Balance: Shows the real-time amount available to withdraw.
• Pending Balance: Earnings that are still processing and will become available after the payout cycle
• Past Earnings: The total revenue you’ve earned prior to the current payout cycle.
• Last Payout: Your most recent withdrawal.
• Active Subscribers: Number of people currently subscribed to your paid content.
• Lifetime Earnings: Total earnings you’ve made since joining pop.store.
• Completed Payouts: Displays previous successful withdrawals.
• Monthly Payout Graph: A visual timeline showing how much you earned each month.

Setting Up and Withdrawing Payouts

Before withdrawing funds, you need to set up your Pop.Store Payments Account.

To set it up:

1. Select Configure Payouts in the My Account section.
2. You’ll be redirected to Stripe to complete a secure setup.
3. Once complete, you can return to pop.store and select Withdraw Money anytime your Payable Earnings are available.

Software Subscriptions

This section lists your current pop.store tools—like CommentChat. Click on the three-dot menu, then select Manage Subscription to upgrade or cancel your plan.
