Adding a Welcome Video

Adding a Welcome Video is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Switch to Edit Mode

Make sure you're in Edit Mode so you can access customization features. You can check this in the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2: Open the Control Panel.

• From your Bio Section, select the Control Panel to access your store’s main settings.
• Navigate to the Home tab.

Step 3: Add Your Profile Intro Reel Video

• Scroll down and find the option to Add Profile Intro Reel Video.
• Tap on it to open the upload window.

Step 4: Upload Your Video

• Select a high-quality video that best represents your store.
• Ensure your video is engaging, clear.

Step 5: Save & Publish

Once uploaded, your Welcome Video will automatically appear in the mini player when visitors land on your profile.

Updating the Welcome Video

If you want to replace your current Welcome Video, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Control Panel

From your Bio Section, access the Control Panel and navigate to the Home tab.

Step 2: Select Update Profile Intro Reel Video

Select Update Profile Intro Reel Video to open the upload window.

Step 3: Upload a New Video

Choose a new video that better represents your latest offerings or store updates.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

Your updated video will replace the existing one, ensuring visitors always see the latest version when they visit your profile.

Deleting the Welcome Video

If you no longer want a Welcome Video on your store, follow these steps to remove it:

Step 1: Go to the Control Panel

Navigate to the Home tab in your Control Panel.

Step 2: Select Update Profile Intro Reel Video

Select Update Profile Intro Reel Video to view your current Welcome Video.

Step 3: Delete the Video

• Select the three-dot button next to the video.
• Tap Delete to remove the video permanently.
