Add Physical Products to My Store

My Store is your dedicated space within the pop.store to manage and display your products. This is your storefront—where customers can explore, browse, and purchase from you. Whether you're selling fashion, artwork, handmade goods, or any physical item, adding products is simple and gives your store a professional, well-organized look.

Note: There are two types of products on pop.storephysical and digital. This guide focuses on adding physical products to your store. To learn about adding digital products, check out Add Digital Products.

Adding Products to My Store


Adding products to your store is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Go to My Store

From your Bio Section, scroll down to My Store and select +Add Products.

Step 2: Browse the Catalog & Select Products

  • You’ll be taken to the Product Catalog where you can browse collections.
  • Explore different categories and choose the products you want to sell.
  • Once you’ve selected the items, click +Add Selected Products to Your Inventory.

Step 3: View Your Storefront

  • Once added, the selected products will appear in your My Store section.
  • Your store is now updated with the new products, ready for customers to shop!

Note: Be sure to regularly update your inventory to keep your store fresh and engaging.

Alternate Ways to Add Products


pop.store gives you multiple ways to add products, so you can choose what works best for you:

Add Products via +Add Content

  • Make sure you’re in Edit Mode (top-right corner).
  • From your Bio Section, select +Add Content.
  • Select Product and follow the same process as above.

Add Products via Control Panel

  • Go to the Control Panel.
  • Navigate to My Store and select +Add Your Own Products.
  • Browse the catalog, choose products, and add them to your store.

Pro Tip: Using Control Panel allows you to manage multiple products efficiently in one place!

Managing Your Store via Control Panel


The Control Panel provides all the tools you need to monitor and manage your store’s performance. You can access it by selecting the Control Panel from your profile. It includes three main tabs:

  • Inventory
    • Tracks how many units of each product are available.
    • Displays the number of units sold.
  • Orders
    • Provides details on new orders and shipping speed.
    • Displays total revenue generated by your store.
  • Reviews
    • Shows feedback from your customers, helping you identify areas for improvement.
  • Remove Products from Storefront
    • From the Control Panel, you can also remove products from your store’s front-end display while keeping them in your inventory.
    • To do this, select the three-dot button on the product you want to remove and choose Remove from Storefront. The product will no longer be visible to customers in My Store, but it will remain in your inventory within the Control Panel for future use.

Using these tools, you can make informed decisions about your store’s inventory, customer service, and overall operations.
