How do I set up the AI ECHO-ME Agent Team?
From the left panel of your POP.STORE dashboard, expand ECHO-ME AI Agent Team and tap any of the agents. Connect your Meta account and complete the setup from there.

Where can I see my payments?
Your earnings, including past month’s revenue, projected income, and completed payouts, are available in the My Account section. You can also configure your payouts and withdraw money from here. Payments are processed via Stripe, and you’ll need to set up your Stripe account to start receiving funds.

Can I go live from POP.STORE?
Yes! You can easily start or schedule a live show directly from your link in bio store. You can even host subscriber-only live sessions to offer exclusive content. Plus, you can tag products during your live show - making it easy for your audience to watch and shop at the same time.

Can I offer discounts on subscriptions?
Yes! You can enable a longer subscription commitment discount for your highest subscription tier, allowing you to offer percentage-based discounts for subscribers who commit to a 6-month or 12-month plan.

Can I change my POP.STORE URL?
Yes. From the Home screen, scroll down and tap My Account, then select Change Domain. In the Included URLs tab you will see your current URL. Update it to what you want and tap Save.
